Supper cool design, but EXTREMELY bad service.... My display was broke from the beginning. New display sent to us, still dosn´t work. really poor service getting our bike fixed. 3 weekes since we got the bike and it hasn´t run a mile som far !!!!!!!!

My super 73 is just fantastic, I love riding on it. However, few points:
1. 2 screws just disappeared from the seat front after only 2 weeks! Hopefully i realized and could find some compatible ones.
2. Brakes are soooo weak. Please put hydraulic ones.
3. Price range is pretty high based on the fact that not so many accessories come by default. I had to add more than 500€ for various accessories (ORE, basket, blinkers…)

Hello, the engine might be interesting if super73 would publish the data sheet. which is an absolute disgrace. Why isn't this released at this high price? they must be afraid of espionage. apparently they haven't ridden with the competition yet. The company is absolutely uncooperative, that starts with the wrong rim sizes, which have not been changed to this day in the data sheet and on the homepage. How embarrassing. Every bicycle manufacturer shows in detail which company he works with, you can get all the key data you need within a few minutes. At super73 there are two points about the engine and that's it and those are the least important of all. And when you scan the qr code, you want to return the bike immediately... mega rip-off! Transparency is the be-all and end-all when it comes to technical things. Imagine you are buying a car and are not allowed to find out what kind of engine is installed... The main thing is to swing the advertising drum nicely.... So anyone who asks me what I think of my RX, I advise against buying it. Sur Ron is worlds better and costs just as much and you have an insight you can find out exactly what and by whom it is installed. I was so stupid too and immediately jumped on the moped bike hype. I bought the stool in 2020 and absolutely regretted it.

2021 ZX is complete junk from the start. They replaced battery one time and now they're replacing the complete bike with a new one because it had a "thermal event" which could lead to property damage or injury. Bike had under 100 miles on it and is total garbage. New bike will be going up for sale so I can get some of my money back and move on to something more reliable.
One of their employees is clueless with customer satisfaction.

The new warranry replacement ZX they sent didn't work out of the box. Same useless employee was still of no help and just a huge waste of time to deal with. A guy on the tech line helped out though.

Super73 flagged me again for calling out one of their employees by first name. They should focus their efforts on quality control and fire the clowns they have working for them instead of trolling the truthful negative reviews paying customers write about them...

Absolutely love my new Super73 RX. I purchased it from Ride+Glide in Worthing, who very helpfully assembled it for me. I'm retired, so don't need to ride it to work in the rain. This machine is very comfortable to ride, and suits me down to a "T".

I got my Super 73 ZX almost a year ago, and I love it as much now as I did when I first got it! I commute to work and back every day of the week, and it makes the journey time significantly shorter and easier than a normal bike, and so much more fun and comfortable. Would recommend these bikes to everyone, LOVE THEM!

I have always found the support staff to be kind, helpful and prompt in there communications on the rare occasion I have had to contact them.

The only improvement I can think of on the bike as a whole, would be a pannier mount fitting of some sort.

The bike itself is much better than I expected. I've done hundreds of kilometers so far. The Amsterdam staff was helpful and fast to respond. One thing I would improve is packaging. The box came destroyed, with scratches on the kickstand. Fortunately no big damage. The box is too thin, and has no protection from the bottom.

It took way longer to get the bike. The website said 1 week until the bike shipped in reality it was way longer. That’s not what the problem are, I didn’t like that I had to search up the customer service when the bike had delays. I want more proactive customer service when stuff gets delayed.

The delivery company never called me. I must write you 3 emails to get news...

Already left a review, but far be it from me to take an opportunity to tell people how bad my experience was of owning a Super73.

It's terrible (the bike, the service, the delivery), don't bother, buy pretty much any other brand but this one.

Bike is great, but certain gears don't function well. Might be because it needs to be adjusted - but that should have been right from the start. Now want to book an appointment and heard it can take two weeks before your bike gets fixed.

They need month to pick up your bike and send it back! The badest Support I’ve ever seen

I buy this bike and said on the site that the shipping is in 3/4 days... I order it july 14 until now august 1 still nothing ..... I email the costumerservice but no one replay....
I fully paid the bike and even an email nothing... This company should be demolish coz no one is working properly.... Let my money back if u dont care about costumers....

I bought an S2. The 1st problem is that it came without the battery key. The 2nd problem is that two weeks in and my hub makes cracking noises whenever I ride the bike. The 3rd problem is that I sent an email with these issues, and things are moving very slowly. I still did not receive the key (after some email exchanges). I still didn't hear back about the hub.

So yeah - kind of a bad experience overall.
The service should be waaaay better - especially if for the price you ask.

Im not geting the answers i need sinds resivde my order, i cant conekt to the app cos i made a mistake in the aplication to the app and i want to resolve this, i did kt even het a conformation of thad ot was ok ot just sed inwas loged in bud im not cosni gave the rong serial number, i ask this qwestion befor and all i get is more ads to buy the same produckt i already purchest

I've had my bike for a few months now, and it's an absolute pleasure to commute with it everyday. Beautiful product, good quality, amazing after sales service.
I highly recommend both the brand and the product, go for it!
