SCAM. Horrible customer service. Never got my refund even though I messaged them a million times. Never never use this company.

SCAM!! $400 order. Went to wrong address. My mistake. Asked for a return label so I could have my brother ship them back and I would order a new set. I was told to ship the original package back on my own dime to some residential address outside of Philly. No registration of return, no return confirmation. They said leave a note inside saying whether you want a return or exchange. With a $50 restocking fee for unopened, untouched sheets. Just mail it back to this random house and cross your fingers?? When I called them out for being shady, they went radio silent. Don’t spend your money. They will find a way to keep it if you aren’t satisfied.

I purchased these $400+ sheets back in April. They needed to be returned due to damage just two weeks after purchase. I paid to ship the sheets back to the company as directed to receive a refund. It is now August, and after 10+ emails asking for an update, I have not heard from one person over the course of 4 months. Someone needs to contact me ASAP please! I'm begging at this point for someone to just reply to my email and issue my refund that I was promised by this company. The order number 58034. This is the worst customer support I've ever experienced. I'm desperately asking for someone at this company to contact me.

These sheets are seriously so luxurious. They are everything I wanted: breathable, thick, and soft. I bought these because I am a hot sleeper, and in the middle of summer with no A/C they kept me cool and feeling clean. The standout element to me was the thickness. They didn't feel thin and cheap or thin and mealsy. I don't know how they did it but it's sooooo good.

I’ve been using Eucalypso sheets for years and they’re still my favorite. My husband runs hot. Their breathable sheets keep him cool at night and help him sleep better. I have very sensitive skin. I noticed that I had less skin issues when I started using their sheets. Love all the colors and the quality and I expect them to last for years to come.

I’ve been really happy with my Eucalypso bedding. The fabric is soft, breathable, and has a nice cooling effect that makes sleeping more comfortable. It feels light but still cozy, and the quality is great. Definitely a good choice if you're looking for comfortable, well-made bedding.

Living in Hawaii the humidity is always making it a slightly sticky sleep but the first night sleeping in these sheets I didn’t feel sticky and I was genuinely kept cool the whole time. The most difficult part of this process was choosing a color because they have staple colors that will match anyone’s vibe. They are the only sheets I have at home now and I truly to my core enjoy them. I recommend them to whoever will listen to me being excited about sheets. They keep you cool without little hot spots and don’t bunch up like a lot of other sheets do. I couldn’t recommend these sheets more, if you wanna sleep happily and comfortably these are the sheets for you!

I love these sheets! So silky and cooling

I’ve owned my sheets for a looong time and they’re still going strong! I’ll admit I don’t follow the recommended washing and drying but I’ve had zero problems and my sheets are softer than ever with time. Several guests have used them and they all agree that the sheets are comfortable and super soft.

Love these sheets! They do a great job at what I expect good sheets to do—keep me warm. But at the same time, I don’t get overheated as I usually do when using other brands.

We received Eucalypso pillowcases as a gift and they are fantastic! The material is soft and sleek, and they keep cool all night. We have had the best nights' sleep with these pillowcases - much less tossing and turning, trying to get comfortable and stay cool. Our cats love them too too. We will be buying a full sheet set to match.

Ive been happily buying and sleeping in Eucalypso sheets for 8 years! They come soft fresh out of the box, and they only get softer. Never pill!

In fact, They are so soft, i cant wait to be back home in my bed whenever im traveling. I missed them so much while traveling that i started bringing an extra pillowcase set on my trips, so i could sleep on Eucalypso everywhere!

My favorite colors are dark green and brown, but i also have white, lemon yellow, blue, and gray! I always recommend Eucalypso sheets to others, and many folks have reported how much they loved them. These are sheets to talk about!

I’ve now been using these sheets for years and just got another set! They’re super cooling, breathable, and soft.

I purchased a cover (ORDER #57148) and returned it via UPS tracking # 1ZH4D6340359532389 and now Eucalypso Home does not want to issue me a refund. They can’t keep my money, it’s illegal.

I ordered the grey sheets for our queen sized bed and we love them. They came beautifully packaged. The bed is easy to make with the deep pockets in the fitted sheets, and the sheets are super soft and smoothly comfortable. I’ve had them for about six months and they wear very well (washed at least once per week!). I would highly recommend these ultra comfortable sheets!

I am very happy with the feel of the sheets; they just continue to get softer and are quite buttery.

However. I bought two sets, and after washing the second set I noticed a large tear, between the wide selvage at the top and the sheet itself. The bottom sheet was already wearing through.

Since I paid quite a bit for these, I contacted Eucalypso with photos and they responded quickly, saying they would replace the sheets. That was the last I heard from them. It has been over 2 months. I understand if replacement sheets are not top priority, but ALL repeated emails to try to find out what is happening go unanswered. It is like they are ghosting me. Sadly, I see that there are other reviews with similar problems, so maybe this is part of their company culture.

I almost never leave bad reviews, because I know how difficult it is to run a company (I have run two businesses for more than 40 years). However, I think new customers should be alerted to this type of poor service. I know it would effect me if I were considering an expensive purchase with a company.

After several emails, and a message on facebook, I finally found their phone number (it is not on their site) and left a voicemail (of course, no one answered). I suppose I will have to contact my payment provider and put in a claim.

These "tencel" sheets are polyester. It couldn't be more obvious too, like i think it's not even a poly blend, more like 100%. They should cost $20 but i paid $200. China strikes again.
I'm not even going to attempt the process of sending them back as i have a surgery coming up and will need something to bleed on while i sleep.

Terrible service. Said they would accept my return and then never issued a refund to me. I’m still trying to dispute this with my bank for months, and Eucalypso and been no help and didn’t issue me the refund even after I NEVER EVEN OPENED THEIR PRODUCT. Followed all of their crazy rules for returns and they still couldn’t issue it.

I placed an order with this company in October 2023 of last year. However, when the sheets arrived, they were damaged with grey marks all over. I immediately contacted Customer Service, and a representative named Dyanne assured me that I would receive replacement sheets. But, despite waiting for months, I didn't receive any response from them. So, I decided to file a complaint with my bank, and I was issued a provisional credit because even they couldn't get in touch with the company. However, the company responded to the bank and provided a tracking number for the initial order which is total bs because the product again was damaged. I'm so frustrated with their service, and I would never order from them again. It's definitely a scam.

The company is a total scam. Some very objective data points:
1. Bought a product that got ruined after 1 wash. There are white/grey streaks that look horrible.
2. Customer service has not responded despite repeated attempts
3. Posted a review on their website that got deleted
4. Posted a few comments on their Instagram page that also got deleted
5. I’ve been blocked by them on Instagram as they don’t want any negative posts
6. Look carefully at their Instagram posts and you’ll notice that most of the positive posts/comments are from paid influencers

In a nutshell, this is a scam company with a poor product.
