I ordered this wig for my b day on the 24th…… I received it on the 22nd. I was elated. THE WIG TURNED OUT TO BE SYNTHETIC BLEND. I’m sooo upset man it’s embarrassing it don’t even know. $205 down the drain

10 of 10 customer service I’ve order many wigs from this company 613 precolored & natural long and short different textures they did not disappoint. I had a problem with 2 precolored red wigs they sent a new one right out. No complaints I will always shop with them & shipping was 3 days tops unless I wanted a custom then it was 5-7 days. Shop with them you won’t be disappointed

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. The product is horrible. They he return process is even worse. I have not been informed if the goods were receive nor have a got a refund. I WILL NECER SHOP WITH THE COMPANY AGAIN

This company has gained a new permanent costumer out of me. I wanted a wig in a specific length and they didn’t have it listed on the website so I searched elsewhere and could not find it. Cindy was so kind to reach out to me and if I needed help and I explained the situation to her and she was able to customize it to the length that I desired. I really appreciated that as most companies I have ordered for have never taken that step for me.

Very welcoming and caring about order intake

I have been a customer of Eullair since 2019 and I’ve never had any issues. I use them as a vendor for my business and quality has always been great. They still even have bags with my logo I’ve purchased from them in 2020 they send all my orders in that comes with goodies. Customer service has always been good also.

WARNING::::: Hair looks NOTHING LIKE ADVERTISE AND THEY HAVE FAKE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE. I am so disappointed and tired of this fake hair sites that claims that the hair will be cut and styled for you and your paying for that just for it to be basic when it arrives.

I absolutely love this hair. It’s very very soft and holds curls so well. The lace blends so natural and so easy to install. Not too heavy and I received lots of compliments on the way I colored it.

The wig was good it just need more lace for a person with a big head but overall it was amazing true to length and no tangles.

My package was not delivered to my house and I’m needing my wig this weekend. I didn’t get my wig for the weekend that I needed it for but Eullair was very helpful with getting me my refund. I was able to reorder my wig and customer service made sure that it was shipped out as soon as possible. They help turn around a not so great experience.
