Was good but recent problems- now resolved
Had good service for long enough but my most recent order shows as sitting at the local courier centre. I paid for next day delivery but it’s now been 5 days. Pharmxtra as EU meds now known has taken the money and (according to the courier) recalled the meds. Not answering emails or phone calls either. The number shown on this site has been closed. This all seems very familiar to what happened earlier this year when they changed from EU Meds to Pharmxtra.
Seems there had been issues with DPD rather than Pharmxtra. Seems to have been resolved now and back to excellent service.

Pharmxtra is a scam
Pharmxtra is a scam! I paid over £100 plus extra for next day delivery. Ordered Thursday (within timescale for next day) finally got tracking on the Friday, shipping was delayed .. it then arrived at my local depot on Saturday and then following day (Sunday) it has been marked ‘return to consignor’ which basically means they have asked for it bk after taking my money!!! It is now on route bk to them!! I have emailed and tried to call several times.. stay clear of this ‘company’ it is a scam. I will be contacting GPhC and trading standards. Avoid - they will rip you off
Took my money but didn't send me anything at all. Didn't response to emails or messages. No telephone number so impossible to call them. Totally ripped off. I only risked ordering from these people because reviews were reasonable on Trustpilot - but I dont know why. I guess most of them are fabricated / false. I have been ripped off. Don't order from these people.

This relates to PharmXtra. Placed an order and missed delivery. They do not have any other options to leave with neighbour or collect from a collection point. Even regular pharmacies allow someone other than you to collect your prescription.
I have been trying to get hold of the company for days to ask for a redeliver and DPD won’t until they hear from them. I’ve sent two Emails and rang about 50 times and nobody ever answers the phone. Last time I called automated message came up saying their lines were closed ha! They don’t answer anyway! If customer service is that busy think it’s time they employed more staff.

Quick delivery, medication is legitimate and great quality. English brand. I am surprised how good the whole experience and product is. Could definitely benefit from a lower price though. It is expensive but guaranteed quality so I know it's reliable which makes me a return customer.
