I have been doing this for about a couple of months now. It seems like lately the closer I am to cashing out I'm getting surveys I can't qualify for. Or I do the 1 cent "bonus" video and either the screen blacks out when i click on it or I watch the whole video and there's no way you can x out of it at the end, you wait forever and nothing. I'm about done.

I love how these scammers promise you money, take all your information without the promise reward. Its legal theft and they get away with it so why not do it. These apps are promising payouts that aren't honored and the BBB and CFPB all side with the scammers so no point in going to them. Why isn't eureka shut down? They don't payout..oh because its legal for them to scam. Just don't do it. Your wasting your time and giving them free access to hack

Do not waste your time it is a scam, you might get a few low payouts but they work with companies like Bitlabswho are notorious for not paying out. I earned £90 that wasn’t paid out and eureka won’t do anything other than say contact bitlabs but bitlabs ignore you and don’t pay out. Don’t waste your time. Also surveys say you qualify or you answer question several minutes then say you’re not eligible and don’t pay out and eureka are supposed to at least give 2p in this case but 9/10 don’t.

Why do new customers have to wait one day to cash out? Such a pointless rule, never experienced this with others.

For real I’m not sure why the reviews for Eureka are all so overly negative. I’ve never had any trouble using their app. Yes, sometimes their surveys can be a bit finicky but compared to other similar apps I think their survey section is actually quite good. Some apps are an endless parade of not qualifying for surveys and it takes an hour just to find one that’ll let you do it…. looking at you Freecash…More often than not on Eureka it seems like they’ve vetted the surveys beforehand so it’s almost always good to start without being denied immediately.

But if you’re using Eureka just for the surveys then you’re short changing yourself. Their offer section is one of the best for a pay to play app service. Not only do they usually have a long list of games or app offers, but the payouts are almost always higher than similar partner apps.

I can only speak for myself but I’ve never had any issues with Eureka. I’ve cashed out over $750 with them in the 14 months I’ve been with them, I’ve never had an issue with the reward money vanishing or not arriving as some people are claiming on here. Their payouts are also lightning quick. There is a $5 minimum but after that there aren’t tiered amounts you have to get to. If you have $12.47 in your account, you can cash that out. You don’t have to wait to get to like $15 or something to cash it out.

Long story short, Eureka is awesome and I would recommend to anyone. If I could attach pics I would show my account with cash out history just to limit any accusations this review isn’t legitimate. Eureka=Aces

Okay so when I first heard of Eureka. I jumped aboard and was going through the surveys and actually made some legit money too. Then I started getting notices of how researchers sent surveys because I "wasn't taking my time" then they started threatening me with account restrictions. I was quick with my date of birth, gender and ethnicity but with the rest of it I took my sweet time. My life has always been stop and go and now that I have kids it's even more so. That's why I thought it would be a good fit for me because I could take these surveys on my time but since the notices saying to be careful and take my time to today numerous researchers have sent the surveys back and the account restrictions threats yeah this is nothing but a joke and don't get me started on the many many times I would click a button to start a survey and was immediately kicked out.

My first cashout was excellent with no issues at all, the second one I'm still waiting to be able to redeem my Amazon Gift Card since the 31st October 2025.

I emailed support and still haven't received a reply.

The worst worst app ever, they don’t pay you anything and you’re just gonna waste your time on this app. -1000 stars….

They have different achievements which pay out and I’ve cashed out 9 times now. Survey's can be annoying and throw you out after doing half of them. Same for survey spin same company. But, the extra cash I’ve made on these apps have helped add extra to savings.

I cant understand why there is so many negative reviews i think this is one of the best survey sites ive ever used and ive used a lot! Ive made £45 in 8 wk , very easy and quick to cash out . Some of the surveys say 8 mins but when you click on it it says 20 mins that is the only negative i have about it... i think its FAB 😊😊😊

I’ve been using This app since March 2025, it’s really SLOW i made more money on a different survey app i made in 2 months on eureka ALSO NOW I HAVEN’T BEEN RECEIVING MY CASH-OUTS. First time this happened was in june and i have still yet to receive my money, NOW today i did a bank transfer and it never even ask my my info like it usually would. SURVEY SPIN IS JUST THE SAME DELETED THESE APP. I just download eureka to redeem it self and i just wasted all my time AGAIN for the same results. I just want my money yo. ts weird

I don’t understand the negative reviews about Eureka! I’ve had absolutely no issues cashing out, and payments are always quick. It’s an easy app to use and a great way to earn a little extra money on the side.

I've been using Eureka for a month and have experienced the following so far.
Pros: fast PayPal payouts (within minutes)
Quick customer service response with compensation for my complaint
Some interesting and quick surveys
Made just over £50 for about 6 surveys a day.
They sometimes pay a penny or 2 if a survey closes you out.
The achievements are good for topping up your account.

Cons: some surveys state 6 minutes but take 20 minutes!
Some surveys take so much information then close out without paying.
Games take ages to earn from unless you make in app purchases

Overall I'm quite happy with Eureka but will update if there are significant changes.

Don’t bother with this app. They get you to do surveys for money and they don’t pay you when you cash out.
There is no customer support either.

Eureka Survey is a completely awful survey site. Payment is slow or you do not get it at all. The site is bound to not even work sometimes. There are much better survey sites available.

Eureka sucks don’t use it. You’ll spend a week to for five bucks and then when you go to cash it out you’re gonna have some kind of trouble like your shit isn’t verified when it actually is so Eureka sucks … I suggest get AttaPoll 3.00 and you can cash out as many times as you want

The only reason it’s getting 1 star is because this app won’t let me give it zero stars. I’ve been getting notifications saying that “too many of my surveys have been rejected”. I thought surveys were all about gathering data. I tried contacting the company to find out why they’ve been “rejected” after taking them, and never received a response.

Eureka, Survey Pop and Survey Spin are all scams. Just because you can get 5 dollars a week doesn’t change that. These companies lie and manipulate your experience so say what you have to to get your cut. You are not obligated to be truthful and owe these companies nothing.

I cashed out 5 days ago and still nothing and support doesn't respond. I'm going to tell everyone and their momma to stay away!!!!! Even if they don't ask
