Hier 2 lampen gekocht met PIR-sensor. Beide lampen gingen kapot. Ook klantenservice is slecht (zeggen dat ze het naar de klachten-afdeling hebben doorgestuurd), maar na 2 weken nog steeds geen reactie.

Echter 1 van de 2 is beschadigd aangekomen.
Er was een blus af van het geharde glas.
Via de mail maar een bericht met foto's gestuurd naar Euroelectronics.nl
Na een week een reactie in gebrekkig Nederlands teruggekregen.
Met het verzoek om foto's van de beschadigde schakelaar door te sturen.
Nogmaals nog een mail met de foto's doorgestuurd.
Echter niets meer gehoord.
Ook telefonisch niet te bereiken op 06100000000.
Ik raad dus af om iets te bestellen bij dit bedrijf.
