YOUR SERVICE AND WEBSITE ORDERING PROCESS WAS GOOD. BUT PLEASE DO NOT SHOWER YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH EMAILS DEMANDING TO RATE THE SERVICE! YOU ARE TOO OBNOXIOUS!!!

I found Euroflorist to be a bit of a joke, to be honest. They're really just a middleman, which makes something as simple as ordering flowers far more complicated than it needs to be. I'd definite... See more

Garbage!

Total garbage. My order still says "will be delivered on May 26th". It's currently May 28th. No reply from customer service.

Horrible flowers and awful service

I don't recommend anyone order from them. Horrible flowers and awful service. It's better to find a local store and call them, or ask someone you know to help you with that. I have ordered a bouquet several days in advance and had only DHL or dpd delivery option. On the chosen date, the courier didn't call and never actually came to the receiver. I have just received an automated reply that there was some error and the bouquet will stay at the post office. And it will be possible to get it the next day. It is a small town that can be walked through in 30 minutes. I was mad, but as it was important for me (what a surprise for 50 euros!) I had to order another bouquet. However, the moment I made an order, they sent me a notification saying that the first bouquet can be received now. Not tomorrow. Like, they are just randomly sending false notifications about your delivery. OK. I immediately sent a request to cancel the second order. Zero reaction. I have sent them an email, contacted via "live chat," which is not actually live but just another form to send an email. They reached me in an hour and said it is no longer possible to cancel, although I notified them immediately about that. They also violate a series of German and WU policies, like they don't have a cancellation button to cancel the order without their help, and they do not provide any option to contact them by phone. I am currently developing several complaints that I want to send to German and EU legal institutions, so in case you are also doing something like that, let's cooperate.

Not only was Euroflorist incapable of…

Not only was Euroflorist incapable of actually delivering the flowers I ordered for a special occasion, but the staff was absolutely deplorable with customer service. To ensure credit is given where it's do, the following people I've spoken with while trying to resolve the problem were absolutely useless: Jacqueline, Denise, Roshan, Bart, and Luci.

They ruined the surprise

Very disappointed with Euroflorist. I ordered a bouquet to surprise my sister on an important day, but it was never delivered to the address. The delivery driver didn’t even ring the bell and simply dropped it at a pickup point without a second attempt. By the time my sister retrieved it, the bouquet no longer looked fresh, likely because it had been sitting in the delivery truck too long. The surprise was ruined, and despite reaching out to both DPD and Euroflorist, no real help was offered. I expected better care and reliability for such a meaningful gesture.

Deeply disappointing and misleading

Ordered a medium bouquet for Mother’s Day from Euroflorist.at, and what showed up was an embarrassing cluster of flowers that barely passed for the small version. It was supposed to be a thoughtful gesture — instead, it felt like a slap in the face, both to me and to my mother.

I included photo evidence in my complaint, only to be met with dismissive, templated replies. First, they claimed the bouquet matched the "style and value" (laughable). Then, when pressed further, they pulled the classic “pictures are for informational purposes only” line — as if it justifies misleading customers with false advertising.

This isn't about a bad bouquet — it’s about a company that has zero accountability, no respect for its customers, and hides behind vague disclaimers instead of owning its mistakes. Their gesture of goodwill? A discount code. As if I’d ever risk ordering from them again.

If you care about your money, your sentiment, or not being embarrassed by a gift — stay far, far away.

Compensation appreciated

A follow-up to my last review. They made up for the late delivery and a subpar bouquet by sending fresh flowers and a discount for the next order which was appreciated.

Arrived too early

The order process was easy and I ordered for mothers day. Well flowers apparently arrived 2 days early during work hours and now they cannot be picked up for another 3 days till the post office open again which will be AFTER mothers day. Great that my mother has to pick up her own flowers and I don't think they will be as fresh anymore.

delivery not on-time.

It's unfortunate that I didn't check Trustpilot beforehand. During the ordering process, I clearly specified that the flowers should be delivered on the birthday, but they arrived a day late. I also paid a delivery fee with the expectation of timely delivery. I wouldn't recommend using Euroflorist—it's unreliable and overpriced.

Late delivery again

flowers ordered on the 16th, not processed until the 22nd because of easter which is fine. I asked for delivery on the 23rd, but now saying they will be delivered on the 25th? they will be dead by the time they arrive.

More than 60$ for rubish

I paid more than 60$ for a next day delivery, they were late for 3 days, you can imagine what happens to fresh flowers for such a long time, it was an embarrassment.

I was embarrased by this company

I paid for the best bouquet of flowers and I was embarrassed because the delivery was done within three days, flowers were in very bad condition, I suggest you never work with this company or you will have a nightmare. They never reply to your complaints, they just send auto messages which makes you more angry... it was an extremely bad experience, never again.

Do NOT use this company – unreliable and completely unprofessional

I ordered flowers today from Euroflorist in Germany and paid €40 for a same-day delivery (which costs over 7€ just for delivery), trusting their guarantee that the bouquet would arrive by 8 PM. The order status stayed stuck on "Finishing up the preparations" the entire day, and the flowers were never delivered.

This was meant to be a special, time-sensitive gift—after today, the recipient would no longer be at that address. The missed delivery completely ruined the purpose of the order.

To make matters worse, their customer service is practically non-existent. Chat is only available for two hours (10–12 AM), and email support is limited to 9–5 PM, which is absolutely ridiculous for a service that runs late into the evening and advertises same-day delivery.

After reading other reviews, I realized this is a common issue and not a one-off experience. Euroflorist clearly cannot be trusted to fulfill their promises or to handle customer concerns in any reasonable way.

Avoid this company at all costs. Don’t waste your money or trust on a service that does not deliver—literally.

Poor value for money spent

Poor value for money spent. Bought flowers for mother’s day ordered large bouquet costing over £30 with delivery. Bouquet not large could of just gone to a supermarket and got a better bouquet for less money

Ordered a delivery of flowers which…

Ordered a delivery of flowers which didn’t arrive. No one from euroflorist bothered to tell me that my delivery had failed . I noticed through their shipment tracker that they seem to subcontract their delivery out to DHL. When this indicates that your delivery is about to be made, it appears to immediately default to ‘delivery could not be made’. My mum will have to pick up flowers from some sort of collection point.

never order here!

We ordered some flower for a friend birthday in netherland.
first of all the flowers we chose were different from the photos on the website, and yet we accept this as flowers changing everyday and availability could change too.
but then we asked for a nice greeting card as well as nice wrapping paper around the flowers, but to our surprise there was no card and no luxus paper as they call it on their website. We paid extra 6 dollars for these and yet we saw only a plastic wrapped around the flowers something you would get at a supermarket.
Then we were quite embarrassed that such bad design and bad quality was delivered to a friend. we wrote to the customer service and they wrote back arrogantly that they would not accept our complain and it is what it is!
we were quite shocked by this customer service behaviour and despite writing back and force they didn't accept nor apologizes.
So definitely we never order from them and i encourage everyone to order somewhere else which can be trusted more!
