The staff were absolutely amazing and guaranteed me delivery in a few days. The quality off their garden furniture is amazing . I highly recommend this family run business

Had our new gazebo delivered and erected last week. Stuart and Ryan did a brilliant job. It was a pleasure having the two of them at our house. Also a pleasure doing business with Euro Garden and Home. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I first came across Euro garden and home at the garden show Ireland 2024 and my friend bought furniture from them. I was so impressed with their service and quality of furniture that when I saw they had an offer on a swing chair I visited the showroom.
The chair was at a great price for it's quality and the delivery was easy as they kept me informed as to the timing.
I went back and bought a parasol and they were great at getting it from the warehouse so i could use it that day. Couldn't fault them. Very friendly efficient staff selling quality garden furniture.

Just bought a Tuscany L-Corner Firepit suite at the Mallow Garden Show. The service I received was absolutely fantastic. Brian and Chantelle couldn’t have been more helpful, they were able to answer all my questions and make sure I got the set that beat suited my garden. I would definitely recommend!

Customer service was fantastic. Set was delivered within days. The young girl I dealt with in store had fantastic customer service, really great at her job!

Chelsea was absolutely fantastic she couldn’t do enough to help us get what we needed, 10/10 service! The quality of our furniture is also fantastic I wouldn’t be going anywhere else & have recommended all my family & friends.

Ordered on Saturday, delivered on Monday. Nuala was super helpful!

Staff within the store were first class. They were knowledgeable and helpful. After sales is where I feel eurogardenandhome has been slack.
Delivery times were excellent but the furniture delivered was clearly broken/damaged. It was obviously misshapen and should have been realised before delivery. Even had it came and not been damaged the full materials to complete the set were not delivered meaning a return visit to the store necessary. On return to store the staff were again helpful and apologetic but unfortunately provided the wrong parts to fix the problem.
I have now sat with damaged furniture in my garden for a number of days when I expected to have the quality garden set expected when I paid the price I did.
The new furniture was the delivered and for a second time no screws with the order. Very poor.

Since reply from business we have been sent the wrong screws again. We are still without a “fully functional set”

Between Nuala and the Boss they got us sorted with the furniture we required and delivered when they said.
Very Happy with it now the sun is shining every day.

Great showroom with beautiful garden furniture. Nuala was extremely helpful, lovely friendly staff who were very welcoming of my two young children.
Delivery was expected to be 2 weeks but arrived in 1 week. Delivery drivers courteous and helpful.

I wrote a review here on 7th July 2024 and it was positive. After initial issues which they rectified. Shortly after we had a yellow wind storm and the pavilion we purchased from them which they installed was literally swaying in the wind. They said the ground service wasn't right but they had installed it!!. All bolts were secure to the ground but the structure was all loose. We got no assistance from them, only that they would charge us to reinstall it, even though they had put it up in the first place. My husband has had to strap it down to keep it from moving. This pavilion is not suitable unless attached to a house especially if your site is exposed to the elements. They stopped answering calls emails. Then we had a Red wind storm and one of the blinds came off and the rail is damaged. We have rang Chantelle for advise where we can another rail. We sent pictures as requested. Have not got an answer or reply I have rang and emailed and silence. I feel for the climate we are now experiencing I would not recommend these pavilions and as for euro garden well this review speaks for itself.

Bought garden furniture Easter’24 but didn’t need it until my garden had been landscaped. This took 6 months and Chantelle and family kept it in storage for me. I went back and bought a cushion storage box. It held all but one of the cushions.
Earlier this year I bought a pergola at one of the ideal home exhibitions. Again they stored it until I was ready for it. It was delivered on Holy Thursday and erected on Easter Tuesday. Everything looks really well and I am more than pleased.

We purchased furniture from Chantel at the ideal homes exhibition Dublin, 3 days later it was delivered to our garden, the furniture is beautiful but the service, correspondence and delivery were 10/10, I would definitely reccomend this company

Staff were amazing! Fantastic quality and they stored our furniture for a few weeks until we got our patio sorted! Delivery was exceptional! Would highly recommend!

Stewart and Mario provided exceptional service, demonstrating outstanding professionalism, courtesy, and integrity. Despite challenges during the installation of my pergola unit, their dedication and expertise shone through. A credit to Euro Garden, they deserve recognition for creating a great experience.
