Fake documents provided
Stay away from this agency. I had a very bad experience with them. Despite having a good travel history, my visa applications were refused twice after using their services.
I was extremely concerned about the documents they provided, as some of the information and supporting documents appeared to be unreliable. Even the flight and accommodation bookings they arranged for me turned out to be questionable.
