We were hiring portable toilet for more than 3months. When we had an issue with a flasher they just replaced toilet. No issues with this company at all. Our toilet was usually serviced by Brian. Polite and smilly man.

****Update**** We have had the toilet since March 2024. The toilet should have been emptied 18 times. It has actually been emptied a lot less than half of that. Terrible, terrible service. Currently the toilet has not been emptied for 4 weeks, resulting now in the Environmental Health Department turning up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shocking. I have to constantly chase to have the toilet emptied. Three weeks regularly go by with no one turning up to empty. The site smells and it cannot be used as it is full. Customer Service are very good, but they simply do not have enough staff to service the toilets. I am in West Dorset, last time it was serviced the chap was from Norfolk??? Stay away from this company, the toilet will not get serviced and you will still be charged. There are better out there, please do not suffer the same issues I have had. Use someone else.

Our experience wasn’t good. It was difficult to arrange at each stage. The toilet arrived 2 days and multiple chasers later. We had the toilet for almost 3 weeks and no services despite repeated requests, rendering it useless for 2/3 weeks.
Updated the review as - Customer service after submitting a complaint and review has been fair, they couldn’t arrange a service (and therefore usable toilet situation) but did take the very smelly toilet away the next day on the basis we would receive a refund for the rental time when the toilet was not useable due to lack of service. We were relatively happy with the resolution offered. It did still take weeks and more chasing, plus a bad review to receive.
I’ve updated to 2 stars due to the partial refund. However would still not recommend.
Ultimately it’s taken so much admin time to navigate and we were still left to rely on the gym and neighbours for facilities for 2 out of the 3 weeks we needed a toilet for. It was super inconvenient. Go for another company if your considering hiring.

Hired a portaloo for the first time, told me it will be serviced a week later as how it should be and is on the website. Only to be told they dont clean it if you hire it less then two weeks. It literally stinks in this heat. How unhygienic..False advertising for hiring charges and not knowing what they actually advertise. Will defo not use again!! Now ive been told it will be cleaned since monday this week and no one has arrived to service it, ive literally had to get an Alcoholic woman out of my portaloo as ive left it unlocked for these people to clean it , so now its not use able. thanks for your amazing and outstanding service which i will always remember!!!! How many more lies will i have to listen to...
