Could not deliver as promised yet still have to pay delivery and collection fees would not recommend services as quick to take money not so quick to help resolve. Jason youre wrong ask your staff emily i have recording of call. Was mentioned twice!

Hi Adam Dotcom,
Thank you for getting in touch with your concerns.
When you say "deliver as promised", we asked if there were any site restrictions and you said delivery and collection would be fine, no problems. As it turned out, you wanted the driver to drive up a public footpath to a house near the end to deliver and then service the toilet.
At no point did you disclose,
1. We would have to drive down a public footpath with low concrete barriers to one side.
2. The delivery and collection could cause damage to the grass and possible damage to the pavement as it is a heavy vehicle.
3. We would then have to reverse back the same way, which could cause danger to the public.
4. It could also cause danger to other homeowners and possibly children in the area.
We take health and safety very seriously. If you had told us that there were restrictions for access when you booked the toilet, we would have explained we couldn't deliver where you wanted the toilet to be placed.
If you would like to discuss this in more detail, please feel free to give me a call on 0800 907 0086. I could then explain all of the costs incurred to us as a business for a failed delivery and collection.
