Collect the car is so easy and fast, especially we got upgrade to Mercedes , but i am not used to it, so again we got upgrade to Toyota BRV, which is so comfortable, makes ours trip perfect, car return event more easy, only drop the key and good to go

During my trip to the Lofoten islands, I rented a car a few hours before I arrived at Evenes airport from Europcar and the customer service representative made the pick-up experience enjoyable. He was friendly and informative. I appreciated that Europcar charged my credit card after I was done with my trip. Not so with other rental car companies. The only complaint that I will lodge is the one-way fee of dropping off at another airport which was NOK 5000 including tax. It cost more than my 5 day trip rental car fee itself. I know I agreed to it when I rented the car but I still wish it wasn't that pricey.

Very poor, we were subjected to what amounts to a scam by this company where they told us they will not inspect the car condition with us at time of pick up since their cameras at the parking lot takes hundreds of pictures when leaving and coming back and when you return the car, we were instructed to just drop the car keys. Thank God we took lots of pictures when we returned and picked up the car because they sent us damages report that was completely false and they were not able to provide us with those hundreds of pictures they told us about for before and after.

They also charged us for an extra day and claimed that we returned the car later from when we did and thank God again that we took pictures with fuel level and time stamps to show when we returned the car inside the parking lot. Be careful

Great pick up and drop off service. Everything went super smooth. We booked via RentalCars and had taken fhe full insurance via them. The car provided was super comfortable. The invoice sent later was fair and included all the toll passes/tax etc.

Poor experience with renting a car here. My booking showed picture of fine electric car - I ended getting a Toyota Corolla Hybrid?! Crazy expensive - ended paying more than my booking stated. Drop off was terrible, had to stand in line, while old Europcar employee slowly serviced another customer - I had a flight to catch - can´t wait for that - your business is at an airport. Now I am having trouble getting my invoice, that I need for refund at my employer. Called 4 times and emailed too - still no invoice. Last time with Europcar.

Every thing was axcellant except air codtion was not cooling

I was very pleased with the way they provided us a car on short notice after our airline flight was canceled and other rental car companies could not provide us with a straight answer about when a car would be available. The staff was very helpful and polite and I was grateful for their professionalism.

Good service at the desk very quick. Car was better than expected. Only the tyre sensors kept showing they were underpressured.
