Stellar customer service
I messed up the bank transfers for shipment/actual order and their customer service was extremely quick, courteous and helped address the situation.
Also their prices are among the best I have found in the EU.

Good site to buy silver from when located in Europe. sad that you have to pay two bills one for product and one for shipping, then there are handling fees on both payments. but other wise im very happy with the service and overall product, shipping was quick to! four stars!
