My contacts Neil and Wayne at European Removal Services were amazing. They were always available to help with queries and never let me down. Neil is very good at being able to accommodate your particular move circumstances and deal with any nuances that make your circumstances different to the norm. He’s always courteous and has a can-do attitude which helped, for example, with my transition of circa 2000 vinyl records. The rate he quoted was also very reasonable, compared to the other removal companies we got quotes from for moving items from UK to Northern Spain.

Manchester to Valencia. Van was smaller than expected- had to leave a wardrobe behind. Delivery was fine, just wish they'd warned me about the space.

This was the third international move we've done with ERS, and the service continues to be excellent. Drivers and assistants are polite and friendly, and careful with our possesions.

Shipping times are fast and we always have good updates and communication from Wayne and Neil. They took care of the customs paperwork, and helped us find solutions where there were delays. Very competitive on price.

Would absolutely recommend for household relocations in the UK or overseas, when the times comes to move again ERS will be top of our list.

An excellent end to end experience moving our furniture and belongings from Derby to Malta. The collection from 2 locations in Derby was seamless with no issues. From collection to delivery was just 6-weeks which is very quick considering the current impact of global shipping. At the Malta end, the delivery was also seamless with no issues. The overall price was very competitive with no hidden costs. Documentation was simple, with excellent communications at both ends

We used European Removal Services for the first time to transport a large piece of furniture from Kent to the South of Spain. We recently used European removals for our house move and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Neil replied to our initial enquiry, and he managed the whole process from start to finish. The quote we received was competitive and Neil calmy organised the logistics for the agreed date. Our driver Ian a real force of nature was fantastic, cheerful, helpful, and clearly experienced in loading and transporting furniture. All in all they made what I am sure could be a stressful experience go smoothly through good communication, thank you both.

The company was very clear from the start about cost, organisation, and timing. The price was very competitive; excellent customer service at both ends; no delays and we were always well informed about pick up and delivery. We would definitely use ERS in the future.

From the very first contact, the service was top-notch. I'd particularly like to call out Wayne Campbell who was my principal contact throughout a fairly tricky international shipment process. Really, really helpful and friendly through the whole business. If I had one minor gripe, it was that the driver who picked up the items in the UK clearly wasn't happy about having to actually do any of the loading. (And a trolley such as a train station porter's one would have helped a lot!) But otherwise the firm were very good throughout, including being the cheapest of the three quotes I received. Would certainly recommend.

European removals are an excellent company. I had had a bad experience with another removals company and lost quite a bit of money and so I was naturally hesitant and concerned about finding another one. Neil was very patient and understanding and provided me with exactly the service I required. My possessions were delivered to the south of France on time and safely and everything was in good condition when it arrived. I am thinking of sending some more belongings to Franceand I will definitely use Neil and European removals the next time. Cannot recommend enough.
