Money taken, goods never arrived.

I ordered goods on this site that just never arrived. The so-called helpline is not in service when you call and I have sent a total of 5 emails to the support centre on the site. None generated any response at all. This is a bogus company that will take your money, charge you extra for insurance in the event of non-delivery and that will be the last you hear from them. I have lost my money. I will request a repayment to my card from my bank now. Please don't make the same mistake I made. They are not to be trusted.
