This company is not trustworthy nor are they managed well. I had waited for months for the items I ordered. I sent an email requesting status on my order, but they never responded. When the items arrived there was no invoice and in a box with Chinese marking with a USPS label. Definitely not made in America. I am not even sure if thy are genuine BMW items. I am missing an item and they still have not responded or sent the time. Don't order from this company.

I purchased, well I thought I purchased. Clear LCI E90 M3 tail lights on May 31, 2024 for $540 not very cheap!! and never got them. It is now July 14, 2024. no tracking number, no response from email support, and the phone goes straight to voicemail. I asked where my package was an even for a refund multiple times and still no response what so ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they are total SCAMMERS!!

Nothing but lies upon lies. Ordered a genuine BMW accessory, never shipped until I repeatedly told them to cancel my order. Received a Chinese knockoff instead and no replies. What a joke.

Scam. Ordered $250 worth of items and received only an air freshener. No response to emails or instagram messages.

Absolutely crap. Wrong item sent and no replies to any emails. Absolute joke of a company with crap customer service. Only want your money so they can send you an item worth about 50th of the price and then not respond. DO NOT USE !!
