I got to episode 19 of the Giro d'Italia - biggest mountain stage - and bang! Neither stage 19 nor stage 20 available. Words can't describe how utterly fed up I am. Why pay to watch the beginning of a race but not the end?

I had to subscribe to Discovery + and Amazon Prime to access the Eurosport coverage of the French Open tennis. The layout is diabolical. The match thumbnails are almost unreadable, you need a magnifying glass. As other reviewers said, some matches have no commentary at all. There seems to be an unfathomable gap between the end of a match and it appearing in the ‚just ended‘ list (eg the Alcaraz/Djokovic semi final - really annoying when you’ve spent the day avoiding the result, not finding it in the ended list and having to watch the live match, only to hear the commentator give the result of the previous match. The comparison with BBC coverage of Wimbledon should make Eurosport execs hand their heads in shame. Why on earth are ATP and WTA using them? Hopeless.

Wretched experience watching wonderful tennis at Roland Garros pitifully covered by Eurosport.

French Open tennis 2023 - ignorant bored commentators with little interest in the matches they are covering and little knowledge of the players esp in the women's game. Also can they stop showing the coaches after every point. Boring

Infuriating.
Considering the improvements to the Amazon Prime ATP and WTA coverage over the past few years, Eurosport seems to be getting worse.
For the French Open 2023, there are less matches covered, resulting in missing out on some excellent matches, less commentary and such slowness to switch over once one match has ended, with the thumnails often not reflecting what's being shown. Truly awful.

It's a great shame that the superb Amazon Prime Tennis coverage on games and replays is so woefully mismanaged by Eurosport. Truly infuriating and all options equally bad. WTA has just lost a follower.

On watching the BSB from Oulton Park on bank holiday Monday you could not help notice the appallingly dirty camera lenses used on site! What on earth happened to professionalism of the camera operators? Its quite disgusting to see such POOR basic standards not being used. Even in basic photography lens flare can be kept to a minimum if the lenses are kept clean and smear free, but these were the worst that I have ever seen on UK TV! Shame on you Eurosport.

eurosport player app is shide, 95% unusable, any good viewing experience you'll get out of it is completely coincidental, sound goes in and out, broadcast goes in and out, eff all o them

Avoid. I'm surprised Eurosport can legally charge people money for this pish - if it were a tangible thing, I've definitely thrown better in the bin!

Disjointed coverage, coverage ends just before or during a race and there's no follow on coverage to continue from..... Often no commentary (or commentary in a foreign language), timings, positions, lap number. Awkward to navigate through the platform to locate what WSB/BSB race you're after, select a superbike race and it shows a supersport race, some coverage of races missed.

Think I'll go back to my usual ways of watching coverage through alternative means...

Eurosport on Prime is a nightmare. Sometimes you get commentary sometimes you don’t. We’ve had commentary all week except today for the final stage of Itzulia race, no commentary

The current app is very poor. Very annoying to see the results of races whilst trying to access on demand video, despite changing setting that is supposed to stop this happening. Will be looking to cancel subscription at renewal.

The website is designed by a 4 year old. You have to search, search and search just to find a program that was aired a couple of hours ago. Try to use the search function for UFC or superbike and you will get nothing!
It's also very hard for them to differentiate superbike and supersport. Hey Eurosport! try to check the proven systems from other streaming services, maybe you can learn something. Please read it slowly I think its already hard enough for you just to design a simple streaming platform, so I don't want you to think this is a compliment. (a 1 star review doesn't mean your first) Ciao!

Dreadful dreadful dreadful since the change in App’s and now no longer being able to stream from the Apple TV - have to watch it via the iPad app and throw it to the big screen.

As for splashing the results of the event you want to watch all over the place —- JUST DON’T!!

So anoying that eurosport 1 can't tell the difference between supersport and superbike race, writing in the tableau that it is superbike and then resend the same supersport race 4 times daily

The change from E/Player is not an improvement I want to watch a catchup of the latest Cyclocross event but the result is the first thing to show .Why put the result up as a headline this wasn't done before so leave us to watch the races and enjoy the outcome. Seems it's the same for all sports, put the results under News.

Terrible coverage of the Australian Open. Martches all jumbled together, some spread over more than one slot and you have to search through the broadcast to find the match you're looking for. Possibly to the worst thing is that some matches just stop and you can't get the rest of them anywhere. This is even happend with the Tsitsipas semi final, unbelievable!! Amazon prime coverage was far better organised. Really poor show, considering you have to pay for it.

Since Eurosport stopped the App the experience is awful. Scrolling down on the website to try to find cycling races, on the road or cyclo cross stages is utterly AWFUL.
I paid for a full year subscription in late September and now after 4 months i have to scroll down a silly menu to try to fond a cycling race. Some of th3 taces are almost impossible to find. 5 years on the app and now we are down to a daft stupid silly website. What is the l’an EUROSPORT PEOPLE .????? Keep this website or reintroduce an App???? Please answer us

Signed up for Australian Open Tennis. Very frustrated with limited coverage, unclear what matches are available, limited replays. Also no video settings to help customers adjust if they don't have enough bandwidth for full HD. Compared to other providers at other slams, this is a very inferior set up. I use Firefox and stream a lot of different channels, Eurosport is the only one that gives me problems with freezing/buffering. When contacted help centre was told to use Chrome for best signal, but why? No reason why it should not be able to work on Firefox.
