No desert flavour range in e liquids
I have been a regular customer for over 6 years. I have always found that the staff in the 3 branches ive always visited across london (portobello, chapel market & soho) to be very good & helpful. However, managerial decisions to discontinue certain vape juices and or no longer sell certain juices has made me go elsewhere. THEY DO NOT SELL ANY DESERT FLAVOURS IN 10,11,12mg. I was buying the loco lemon tart (OHM brew) vape juice for years, last year they discontinued it. So I began to buy Dinner Lady, Lemon tart from my local evapo shops instead. Then they stopped selling Dinner Lady e liquids. Then they started to sell IVG - vanilla biscuit, which i enjoyed so started to buy that. Now, they have stopped stocking and selling the IVG eliquid. WHY? All your flavours are the same. ALL FRUIT. No desert flavours (except vanilla custard in OHM brew which isnt nice) over 6mg. Its infuriating. You can at least stock a handful of decent desert flavour e liquids over 10mg. Anyway, after 6 years I will no longer be using Evapo. I asked for the IVG to be ordered in twice at the Portobello store, the staff ordered it, but it never come as the top level managers wouldn't approve. I probably spent about £500 per year in Evapo. Now, that money will go to other vape companies. I really hope that in future Evapo will listen to their customers.

It is good to hear that your experiences in our Portobello, Chapel Market and Soho stores with our colleagues have always been positive, and I appreciate you acknowledging their efforts. Decisions around ranges and discontinued lines are never taken lightly, but I completely understand how frustrating it is when a flavour you enjoy and rely on is no longer available, especially in higher nicotine strengths.
I would like to reassure you that we do still offer a wide range of dessert and bakery style flavours across different brands, strengths and formats, including options above 6mg as well as shortfills with nicotine shots for flexibility. Availability can sometimes vary by store and supplier, which may be why certain lines you requested could not be approved at the time, but your feedback about demand for higher strength dessert flavours is valid and important.
I am sorry that this situation has led you to feel unheard and to consider shopping elsewhere. Your feedback will be passed on to the buying team, as comments like yours do influence future range decisions. I truly appreciate the support you have given Evapo over the years and I hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
