Item delivered was not the item advertised online.This caused significant problems on my end, but EVARIS chat support did not offer much help, but return. After the purchase, helpfulness and and friendliness disappeared.

Got the equipment as advertised and quickly. The only niggle is getting an email saying that the order would be processed after payment (to which I replied) even though I had paid online with a card. I never got a reply back until well after delivery saying that my payment had been done...
Other than that minor detail (mentioning it as it can be improved), all good! Thank you.

We try extremely hard to offer an exemplary level of customer service so it's disappointing that we have fallen short on this particular occasion. Having looked into your order, the product details that were showing on our website were not a correct representation of the product you have ordered. Due to the size of our catalogue, we have to rely on a third party provider for our product information. We carry over 15,000 product lines at any given time and 99% of the time, this product data is accurate. In a small number of cases though, discrepancies can occur which we rectify manually as soon as we are made aware of the matter. Unfortunately, for your specific order, the information was inaccurate and you have our sincere apologies for this.
We of course want to put matters right as soon as possible and have offered to arrange a return and issue a full refund.
