Customer service needs to get it together!

Two stars is me showing grace only because I actually like the sofa! I received my sofa chaise on Dec 13, 2025. After putting it together, I noticed that the sections were misaligned when attached. I immediately notified Eve Furniture. I was told someone who come out Jan 2, 2026 to assess the issue. I receive notice Jan 1, 2026 that the scheduled tech has canceled. I understand it was the day after New Year's so I let it slide. My appointment is rescheduled for Jan 9, 2026. The tech spends all of 10-15 minutes attempting to adjust the sliding mechanism, reconnects the sections of the sofa and asks me to take a look. Ummm, everything looks exactly the same as when you arrived. With a bit of attitude he begins working again. When he finishes I can actually see a difference, so he signs off as customer satisfied. After moving the couch to vacuum and reconnecting the sections I notice the problem is still there. I immediately call Eve Furniture to report the issue and ask for another tech to be sent out. The rep tries to give me push back but I'm firm on the matter. I request for a tech to come after 1pm and explained I wouldn't be available before then. The next tech is scheduled to come between 9am-12pm. I cancel the appointment as I have already explained I would be unavailable that morning. A rep reaches out to reschedule the visit. No appointments are available until Feb 6th. I receive a message Feb 5th that unfortunately the tech had to cancel. I again reach out to Eve furniture, this time requesting a replacement sofa. I spoke with a female rep whose name I should have asked for. She assured me she would connect with her team and reach out with further information. This was Thursday Feb 5th. It's Monday and I still hadn't heard from them so I called again. Same rep answers and assures me someone will return my call that day. I never heard anything from Eve Furniture until March 5th after I placed a charge back on my card. The rep who called wanted to set up a pickup date for the sofa. He in not so many words says the issue is my fault because I canceled once. No sir, I have all the receipts for the lack of professionalism and carelessness from your company. Please come and pick up your defective furniture as soon as possible!! Thanks!

I would not recommend this store based…

I would not recommend this store based on my personal experience. I advise customers to be careful before placing an order.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. Some of the information on their website did not seem to match the reality once the order process started. It also felt like the company may be struggling to handle orders efficiently.

Communication was another issue. In my case, the interaction with staff was not very professional and did not meet my expectations.

What also raised some concerns for me were the Google reviews. At first, I trusted the store because many of the reviews were very positive. However, after taking a closer look, the pattern of reviews made me question how representative they really are. For example, there were many positive reviews earlier, but in the last few months there have been very few new ones.

Overall, this was not a good experience for me, and I hope my feedback helps other customers make an informed decision.
