I have order ticket for Olympic summer games, just to check them, from May 12th, during that time there wasn't any negative comment for, so I took the risk.
They never answered to my emails or chat box they have.
Now, after Euro 2024 I have realized I lost my money, 50€, seeing all of the negative comments of people who lost their money too,
I have claimed a refund to my Bank,
Even their site looks hacked today, and not recommended to visit,

I made a complaint because I never received my tickets for the Portugal/Türkiye game. I'm still waiting to receive my refund. I still have no response and I don’t have my money in my account. I have no other option than to file a complaint with the INTERNATIONAL POLICE!!!

I booked two tickets for the 2024 European Championship through eventticket.club, but they were never received. To get a refund, I had to file a complaint with my bank. I highly discourage using this website. Avoid at all costs.

I bought tickets for Türkiye vs Portugal which never arrived. They pull out the plugs and not answering any email or calls. Don't buy any tickets from this site it's a total scam.

Fake site.. 1200 euro for 5 tickets that i have never received..i will reclame on police in hope to have my money

Bought my ticket a month ago for Portugal vs Turkey game at first they were answering they kept postponing the date. I didn’t receive anything not even a mail back anymore I keep calling they are not answering I send em over 50 mails they are not responding

AVOID these scumbags I paid for euro2024 tickets Turkey v Portugal and received nothing til this day. Enquired about the tickets through customer service and they said I would receive tickets by midnight 12th June and nothing. Should have been travelling there from UK and now will have to cancel the trip because of it. Been calling and emailing for past week and no reply!!!

Disgusting people and website

Bought 2 tickets for the Turkey v Portugal game and till this day never received the tickets. Tried to contact them by phone and mail NO RESPONSE! Never Oder from here it’s a scam! I will report them to the police in the small hope that I get my money back this is so upsetting!

Bought tickets for euros never came! scammers owner of the company is Antonio Sanchez de Lerin.

He was on linkedin, social media but now hes deleted everything so hes definitely pulled the plug.

Its a scam. Bought 3 tickets for Italy vs Albania. Never received anything other than a general "we will respond to you and send you tickets in good time". Luckily I bought tickets else where and made it to the match after traveling 2000km.

Very unprofesional not to say scammers. My son ordered number of tickets for EK 2024, today the match number 1 no tickets only mail that he will get his money back. They remain unreachable, do not respond.
Scammers!

Also I was the victim, I pay 250 € for two tickets Slovenia Serbia, and still nothing. I want to find that people and kill them !!!
