I paid for two tickets for the England…

I paid for two tickets for the England vs Serbia match paying €195 each and no admin which I was surprised at? They sent me a receipt via email with a number as well, This was over a week ago I have managed to speak to them via chat and was told that there team was on route to Germany and one of there representatives would call me and help me the download on the UEFA app well I’m sitting here writing this at 20.42 watching the Scotland match and still haven’t had a call and now live chat is not happening, I don’t know how people live with themselves and this is so upsetting 😢

I bought tickets for the eurocup and never received them. They are not willing refund the money
