Misleading information of product
Bad customer recovery.
Informed that the product information was false and all they said was to return it in good form and process the refund.
It is the middle of winter, I bought it after carefully reviewing the product information with all the features. Turns out the product did not have all the features as said.
Asked about the process of refund they said only after returning the item we could have the refund. Obviously I needed to keep warm so now i have to return it without a warm coat and wait for the money before i can buy a new one.
No customer recovery at all.

Because of the customer service forgot…
Because of the customer service forgot to add my name on the package. So I can't fetch my package from postnord successfully .I called the customer service and them told me need wait 48 hours for them to update the name on the package. So right now I still can't fetch my package and not sure them have added my name on the package.

I apologize that Postnord was unable to deliver the package. Postnord has strict rules regarding the correct name on the address, and sometimes, we may not be able to change the address once the package is en route to Sweden.

I have something to remark about this…
I have something to remark about this product.
First of all, it is perfect to combine with classic and sport/casual style clothes. It's blocking the wind %100. You won't feel cold from your neck to your knees. There are too many pockets you may use or keep your hands in to get them warm. There is a kind of belt on the hand side so if you lock it you won't get water or cold weather in from the hands.
