Electric glove stopped working after 3 months of light use.
Avoid purchasing from outnorth.se. I purchased a 1500kr pair of electric gloves. One glove stopped functioning within 3 months. Despite emailing details and video footage of the glove I was fobbed off with being told customer services will deal with me. Two weeks passed with no response. Awful company who vanish if a problem arises. Do not trust them. Don't risk buying an expensive item!
They are the worst
They are the worst. I got an Osprey AirPorter for approx. EUR 50 plus almost 4.90 shipping cost. Aparrently they have made a mistake and given a wrong address to the courier (Dhl). This was the only time dhl wrote that they had to return the package back to the sender because of mismatched in address.
After almost two weeks, nothing happened. I dropped an email and the just confirmed it was returned back to them. But they have charged both sending and resending charges and deducted almost Euro 10 from my refund!!! Touche!

I will never buy anything from this supplier unfortunately. I bought recently a par of running shoes Hoka but unfortunately I found out that their Clifton 9 did not fit my feet. I wanted to return the product but them things started to go wrong. First I found that there wasn't any requisition document that was send to me with the product. I took contact with the customer service and they send me a new one but I have not received any comment (or reminder) about not using the product packaging as posting package. I did that mistake unfortunately!
I received back the package from them telling me that they could not take my return due to the reason I explained above.
I can not understand their answer more than their customer support is poor and they don't care about us customers. The package was perfect and I promised even to them that I could replace the box again with a totally new one so they could accept my return. The answer was NO again.
I will never, never buy anything from this supplier and I will strongly recommend to everybody NOT using this supplier. They don't care about a good service! They only care about selling things!

The worst customer service I have come across in Scandinavia. I bought two pairs of boots that had a manufacturer error. Outnorth have been hesitant to help all the way through me sending pictures of the fault and have not acknowledged that the products are faulty. I contacted the product manufacturer directly and spoke to the owner and he said that it was clear manufacturing error and apologized for the inconvenience. I screen captured that dialog and sent it back to Outnorth and they are still very reluctant in trying to help me. It seems as if their customer service don’t even read what you have written back to them, they unfortunately seem very incompetent. If you are buying something think twice if it is available somewhere else. Their customer service seemingly try to waste your time.

Be careful they dont want to take your shoes back if you are sending them in the shoe-bag . They want you to buy an extra box to make it more difficult for you. I ordered a Northface rain jacket from Outnorth SE. I wore it 2 times and there was rubbing on the hood on the inner layer. The website thenorthface describes a very similar problem, only the scuffing affects a different area.
I complained to the shop 2 months ago. Outnorth acknowledged the complaint, asked for more pictures, the jacket was sent to them for analysis and I was informed that it would be repaired.
After 2 months, I received information from a shop employee that the jacket had been repaired and would be sent back to me. Yesterday I received the jacket with the annotation:
FAULT: Faulty Velcro.
Action: Repair.
But the problem was a worn-out inner part of the hood after 2 times of use not Faulty Velcro (sic!)
The jacket was not repaired. It came back to me with the same damage as before it was sent. Nothing has been done. The shop assistant did not even verify that the jacket had been repaired in accordance with the complaint, but sent it back directly from the supplier.
I bought the jacket in the autumn and have only used it 2 times. Now we are in winter and it is no longer of any use to me,
I wrote to Konsumentverket again about this and they recommended that I write a second complaint.

Really bad coordination of delivery and shipments
I was usually ordering my hiking stuff from outnorth but off laterly in the last three months outnorth has just been disappointing me .
On two occassion I got a notification that the package is shipped from outnorth and then later on marked are lost in the transportation .
On one of the occasion I got a notification that the parcel is delivered and then when I went to pick my parcel at the Budbee pickup box the box opened with nothing inside it . What a bummer !!!!
I had to constantly monitor my delivery because most of the time it’s been who follow up if the delivery takes time , the company never ever send a notification upfront about some misplacment of shipments .

Faulty product, no money refund or product being replaced.
I purchased a pair of Hestra gloves, and they broke after only a day of use. I've sent the gloves back as instructed. After three unanswered emails, I've received confirmation that the gloves were received by the shop. The package was sent back about 10 days ago, and the last email from the shop states that they have not yet handled my case. I received no refund or product replacement until now. On top of this, very poor communication—no email confirmation or fast responses to my case.
I will definitely think twice before buying again at this shop. Do not recommend it.
