I am not buying anything on Eventyrsport again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
We ordered camping gear on July 15th, expecting that it will come in 2-5 days, as they said, and that we'll go camp as soon as we get it. Never got it to this very day - August 6th.
Of course, we needed to go to a store and buy what we needed to be able to go on vacation - which would never happen if we were waiting for their package to arrive.
Such a waste of time, money and nerves!
People working in customer service were very kind though, but it didn’t help, obviously.
The only positive thing is that we got our money back several days after asking for return, so at least it didn’t take them infinity for that.
