The order came with one package of the correct size and one package in a wrong size. Returning and getting them replaced was not a problem.
However, they advertise all these extras and perks with a first order, of which I received none.

Buying from Everdries is a crap shoot. First of all, there is no size chart on the site, so getting the correct size is extremely difficult. I wear a small in all other companies’ clothing, yet because of their funky sizing, I had to get XXS, which I have never gotten before. The lack of a size chart is one of the biggest issues.

The other major problem is that they need to get a phone number to allow customers to call when there are issues such as this. Sending emails back-and-forth and back-and-forth has been counterproductive, and the issue could have been alleviated had they just provided a phone number. Please do not insult me by saying no one else has ever had this problem. Someone else has definitely had this problem.

Second, (and I'm sorry to be graphic) it is very hard to determine two teaspoons of pee, since measuring pee has never been scientific nor a prerequisite to ordering anything. That being said, it’s hard to determine whether to buy light absorbency or heavy absorbency, and they need better metrics available to determine which variety of undergarment is necessary. Light is a definite waste of time and money.

I tried very hard to work with Everdries. I was very specific in my needs after I got the initial order, which I offered to send back prior to wearing them, but they assured me that it would be fine. It is not fine, has not been, and it would have been wonderful if I had been informed from the beginning that I couldn’t exchange the regular absorbency for the heavy absorbency.

The effect that your poor practices have done for me is to force me seek out other brands of incontinence panties and forget about buying Everdries. Numerous companies are providing this variety of panties. Going forward, I will buy from them. I intend to make certain that I tell my friends how bad Everdries customer service is. Who knows if the product is any good? I don’t. I do not think that I will ever really know, because I have yet to determine, due to the fact that there are as many issues with this new set of panties as there were with the first set. At this stage, after dancing with this company, I really don’t care. I’ll keep this order, but I won’t be buying from them again. Get a phone number! Do your company a favor, and get a phone number! I think the problem is that they are not located here in the US, and, surprise, surprise, they're trying to dodge.

As an elderly woman, I’m really tired of rigmarole companies like this one trying to pull it over on us. I was really hoping that this company (since it is mainly devoted to helping women) would make purchasing these panties a simple process, but it is not. I won’t be buying from them again, and I’m gonna make certain that none of my friends do either. I already told most of them how lousy and uncaring this company really is. One more time: get a working phone number.

I started wearing Everdries about a month ago and I am very happy with them...no more pads. They are good quality and fit very well. Placed another order immediately upon receiving the first one.

Found them excellent. I bought the basic ones and found them good but were too big so I asked for a replacement in a smaller size and it was sent free of charge, as they had promised an exchange if size was wrong and they were true to their word. I since bought the boyfriend style ones and love them even more. Just ordered another set. I highly recommend them for little leaks and are a game changer, giving me great confidence. Customer service from Everdries is also excellent.

I’m 79 years old, and my life has changed for the better since discovering Everdries. I was a bit skeptical when I first ordered them in August, 2025, because I thought what they advertised was too good to be true, but I was willing to take a chance. Ladies, THEY WORK! I now can leave my home to do errands, socialize with my friends, attend family gatherings, all without fear of any tell-tell leakage. Everdries panties work just as advertised. I will never do anything or go anywhere without them. Thank you, Jess, Founder of Everdries. They gave me back my life!

The quality is awful. The sizing is way off also. The back of the panties never reached up to my waist making them uncomfortable. While they seem to work okay when there is lighter leakage and will not soak into my pants, the heavier leakage goes right into my pants….even wearing a pad. For the price these are not worth it. I purchased the heaviest flow high waisted panties. I will look elsewhere.

I never received my order. When I contacted customer service I was given a poorly written email stating that my package was lost in the mail and they would send another one to me. I never received any follow up as to when they were sending out a new package. There was no phone number for me to call so I emailed them 3 more times and never heard back from Ever Dry. I payed $107 for two bundles of panties and never ever received a replacement order nor have I heard from the company again. I finally contacted my credit card holder and they are looking into the matter for me. I don't understand how Ever Dry can continue to advertise so much on U Tube and yet conduct their business so fraudulently. The Ever Dry company definitely needs to be investigated.

They are a big waste of money. I never made it to the wetness part because they were so uncomfortable, like wearing sackcloth, that I could not wear them for even a short period of time.

At first I was so excited to read the reviews on the Comfort Plus panties and decided I wanted to try them out – this was November 12 and received the email that my order was on its way.
I received my order the week of December 10. However, they were the wrong absorbency so asked for a replacement. This is when the nightmare began.
First I was asked to return the original order and paid over $25 for the shipping. Once they confirmed the replacement order and I had shipped back the order I was then told to keep or donate the original order. I sent an email with my concerns and asked to speak with management.
Jan 24 I tracked my order and the tracking information showed delivery in July. I reached out to the support team and was advised that the order was returned for some reason and would I like a replacement. I said yes and asked to speak with management again. Nothing from management.
Feb 2 I received my order and it is the wrong absorbency.
I will be asking for a refund – so disappointed.

I thought I would provide an update. I emailed Everdries for my refund and was told that the order I received was what I ordered.

I emailed them back with a copy of all the emails and they emailed me admitting a mistake was made and that the options I had was to pay the difference between the cost of the original order and the replacement order or send back the order.

I asked for the full refund again and was sent an email advising that I would have to send the order back and pay for shipping.

I emailed back and told them I should not have to pay for shipping according to their policy: "Everdries will be responsible for return shipping cost for products with a manufacturing defect, incorrect items, or items damaged upon receipt." and asked for a full refund again.
Feb 13 update- after additional emails back and forth I am finally getting my refund.

This product does not work for incontinence.

The product and performance was great. The company was quick to respond to any issues and answer questions. They replaced the wrong size (my fault) in less than a week. I was very impressed. After reading some of the other reviews, I felt like they were dealing with some other company. It made me feel like Trustpilot is not reliable.

WOW 🤩… i don’t know the science behind these gorgeous panties, but THANK YOU ☺️!! I was resigned to having to wear pads. I have bone spurs in my c-spine and in addition to my arms not working, I also became incontinent. Soooo not fun. Saw how pretty your underwear was and such beautiful colors and lace accents and decided to treat myself. Fast shipping response, absolutely incredible packaging… I HIGHLY recommend Everdries. When I do leak, i don’t know where it goes lol!! The wetness just disappears!! LOVE THIS COMPANY

Bought everdries as pads make me itch. Reading the reviews I was a little worried they wouldn't work but I don't know why they are getting bad reviews. These are great. So comfortable and no leakage at all. Just ordered another set. Great product thank you.

I suffer from colitis…if you don’t know, it can be very uncomfortable, leading to accidents of fecal incontinence. Although Everdries are only expected to contain urine leaks, they have saved me embarrassment on many occasions!!! Containing the issue…preventing leakage through my outer wear. However, this leads to another problem…staining. Have you any suggestions to remove these stains which do not seem to respond to anything I have done.

I ordered them in December and I never received them. They told me to knock on my neighbors doors. I am too old to do that. I asked for a refund several times and I got no response. I requested a charge back from my credit card company and they ignored me and told my bank that they never heard from me. I have email proof that they told me to knock on neighbors doors.
I would've order from them again. Scammers. Take my money and run.

Ordered Everdries and they never shipped. Went to credit card company to get transaction reversed to get my money back

These panties do not work. I received a new order. I washed them and dried them as suggested. I put a pair on yesterday to go to a Dr appointment. I wet all through them and a brand new pair of jeans.

The everdries are thin and absorbent. I’ve reordered the heavy absorbency panties for incontinency. I’m waiting for them now. The everdries are really beautiful snd can’t wait to get my others.

These panties do not work they are nor worth the money. They do not hold any amount of moisture at all.
This is false advertisement. I really hate to see anyone waste time or money on this product. Need a 100% improvement

They didn't work for. I sent them back was told before sending them back to email them the receipt so they could start the return process. We'll I did twice and am still waiting on them to start the return process. This was over 6 weeks ago. Very disappointing. I'm on SS and I have limited funds so I try and shop carefully, but I made a HUGE mistake and didn't check the reviews before I purchased them. My bad! Won't happen again!
