Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 286 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many customers found the products to be of poor quality, with issues like thin, fragile material that tore easily, and an unpleasant, plasticky fabric that made them uncomfortable and sweaty. Reviewers frequently reported that the underwear did not effectively contain leaks, even with light incontinence, and some mentioned a persistent smell after washing. The pricing was also a common point of dissatisfaction, with many feeling the products were too expensive given their performance. Some people were dissatisfied with the customer service, citing unresponsiveness, difficulty in obtaining refunds, and confusing return policies, especially for international orders. There were also reports of incorrect orders, such as wrong sizes or missing items, and issues with tracking information. However, some customers did have positive experiences, praising the customer service for being helpful with exchanges and replacements, and finding the products to be effective for their needs, providing confidence and comfort.

Firstly, customer service was excellent - I cannot fault that. However, the product was not. Pants are made from nylon - who has used nylon in underwear beyond the 1970s!? They are uncomfortable an... See more

Watch for knockoffs

This is a scam coming many that makes inferior knockoff. Unforetunately, I ordered from the knockoff company. I am a size large. The Chinese company sent me 4x and it was impossible to return them. You need to make sure you are dealing with the real company

On tracking my delivery the delivery it turns out YUNexpress consider they've delivered to my home address, but they haven't!

On tracking my delivery the delivery company advised that my two orders had been delivered to my apartment block "left as authorised" No, they didn't. YUN Express is not an English delivery company so I'm very suspicious that my parcels have been delivered to another building! The response from the Everdries said "Then package was most probably stolen. Please provide an alternate address that is more secure for a reshipment." Well, sorry, no. The address given is my home address and our building IS secure. We have no problems with deliveries from Evri, DPD, Amazon and Parcelforce and there are 79 flats in our block! I also see that there's another review saying her parcel was not delivered. This is plainly unacceptable. I thought that Everdries was a reputable English or American company but now I'm not so sure.

Why did I wait so long??

This was my first step into incontinence panties and I’m blown away by how comfortable they are. I thought they might be bulky but they are so nice and thin. Bye bye pads!! I’ll be wearing Everdries on the hiking trails! I wish I would have gotten them sooner!

The underwear will leak and getting your money back is difficult

I received my order late because the delivery company gave it to the wrong apartment so the tenant brought it to me. I washed and hung the underwear to dry as the directions said and the next night I wore my first pair. They were light and felt very comfortable but when I woke up they had leaked all over me and the bed so it was a mess to deal with in the middle of the night. I would recommend them to people who only experience very light leakage and I did not see anywhere on the site that they were for light leaks only.

I'm not incontinent

I'm not incontinent. I am disgusted by the revolting ads. I'm bombarded with them on every App I use. I find them deeply offensive. I don't want to look at people wetting their pants.

Everdries not absorbent, waste of money

I have just had my first experiences with Everdries urine leaking protection and am utterly disappointed. I leaked about 2 teaspoons and was thankful to be home because I felt like I had a puddle in my underwear. There was no absorption. I purchased these in December 2025, the deal was supposed to be buy 5 and get 1 pair free. They only sent 5 pairs because they made the order process very confusing also.
I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND

Useless

Useless! I decided to test the leakproof ness in the shower. Glad I did! Just a teaspoon (or less) and it went straight through! Total waste of money! 🤬

I ordered the NEW Leakproof High Waisted (Heavy Absorbency Bundles)

I ordered the NEW: Leakproof High Waisted (Heavy Absorbency Bundles) and one NEW: Leakproof High Waisted (Heavy Flow 1-Pack).
I washed and hung dry prior to wearing. Unfortunately, the product failed to meet even the most basic standards during its first use. Upon the very first wear, the material tore while pulling them up. Having examined the fabric, it appears surprisingly thin and fragile on the side panels, waistband and leg bands. It does not seem to be of a grade or quality that justifies the "premium" price point at which it is marketed.
The response from the company is that I ordered the thinnest style they offer.
This is an $99.92USD lesson learned. I would not order from this company again.

Waste of money from a company not interested in customer satisfaction

Ordered 10 pair with discount. Once I received them I washed them before wearing. After several days of wearing these I determined they are not of any value. They leaked through with just the slightest bit of wetness. I would be afraid to have a coughing or laughing fit as the moisture just ran right out of these thin panties. When I contacted them for refund they have to be unused and in the original package. How do you know if they work without trying them? The response was sorry about that. So $90 bucks I'll never see and a bunch of junk to show for it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE AT ALL!

Real review from a real customer

The one-star reviews are clearly an effort to put down a good company. Ranked #2 on trustedconsumersreviews.com, and the original founded in 2022, Everdries is everything they claim to be. My wife uses them and swears by this product. She has ordered a variety of styles and protection levels and they have all been so good that she no longer worries about leaving the house. This is priceless for us. They definitely work, no leaks, even with larger volume of leakage. Just wanted to be here to support this excellent company and product that has helped real people in a very real way. Haters gonna hate, I guess. I just know it has helped my wife which makes me and her very happy.

Ordered the comfort plus leakproof…

Ordered the comfort plus leakproof underwear paid 86.95 in canada . These are NOT LEAKPROOF ! !!! They can not hold even 1 tsp of water , runs right through , advertised as holding up to 20 tsps. I have now had to pay an additional $43. O in duties and shipping to return them to a u.s. address so now costing me $131.95 for 5 pairs that are useless and have to return at my expense hoping for a refund. customer service is via email , can n't speak to a real person .

Suspicious of negative reviews, I'm a huge fan!

I don't understand these negative reviews... it almost makes me wonder if there is some sort of smear campaign going on, because my experience has been nothing like what I see being said in these 1 star comments (which seem to all say similar things). Here is my experience as a person who happened upon this product in a google search about OAB. Service has been stellar, all my questions answered quickly and one product exchange made with no questions asked. The product itself has been a total game changer for me! They fit snuggly while being so comfortable that I really am not aware of them throughout my day. They are silent. They have no odor whatsoever (if that is a real claim, I think it must have more to do with the user than the product?). AND THEY WORK! I have had leakage (in some cases substantial) and have NEVER had them leak beyond the liner. I feel completely confident going out and being in public with these panties on and I could not say that before experiencing them. I really can't say enough good about this product and company. If you are in doubt, just try them. I am so grateful that I did!

Unhappy

I am happy that these underwear work for some people but they didn’t work for me I am speaking from my experience
1. They were not comfortable
2. They are expensive and didn’t protect 100%
3 The return policy is ludicrous I had to pay the shipping fee because of my personal preference makes no sense to me
If a customer is not happy with a product and it is returned you should get all monies paid and not have to dish out more money and the policy says that you have to send all of the underwear in the original package luckily I didn’t get to excited and rip the package open because I would’ve been stuck with 135.00 of uncomfortable under wear

I struggle with over-active bladder

I struggle with over-active bladder. I'm seeing a pelvic floor specialist and doing "all the things" to get back to normal, but it's a long journey and leaks do and will happen! I stumbled upon Everdries and cannot express my gratitude enough for such an incredible product. It has quite literally changed my life. I just took a new job this week, and I have ZERO fear of being mortified by an accident at work. What might have been a constant stressor is now a non-issue. These babies really work and I feel, look and sound (meaning no sound) like I'm wearing normal panties. All my thanks to you, Jess, for such a fantastic idea and execution. I hope you get to sell your company for a gazillion dollars and live like royalty for the remainder of your days! THANK YOU!!!
