I had to phone twice to get and end of…

I had to phone twice to get and end of tenant sorted. But the final call I had the advisor stayed on the phone to make sure I received it and we got it all wrapped up within 2 days.

Problems with billing meter reads 3…

Problems with billing meter reads 3 times higher than previous month.
Need to access and photo meters to confirm correct readings.
Cause could be a leak?

To confirm the accuracy of the bill, we’ll need up-to-date photos of your meters. This will help us verify the readings and make sure everything is correct. If the consumption is genuinely higher, one possible cause could indeed be a leak, but we’ll be able to advise further once we’ve checked the meter photos.

As a new Customer the invoice was…

As a new Customer the invoice was totally different from what I was used to, however Kay and Janet in customer services took the time to explain the invoice and answer my questions and put my anxiety at ease.

I was stuck on a reading problem for…

A good outcome today

I had been waiting for over a month for a payment to show on my account, and today, I chatted with Matthew who took the time to look into it in more detail and found the payment. He was polite and helpful, and we were both really pleased that he had solved the puzzle!
