I came across this provider as one of two that SignalsHome recommended for use in the UK to allow me to subscribe to their free forex signals. I reviewed both platforms on TrustPilot and elsewhere first and started looking into the other as it had better reviews. When I was unable to log into that platform, I decided to move to EverFX. The setup process was smooth and quick. I was setup with both real and demo accounts on the same day and had my account verified rapidly, so I could start receiving signals from SignalsHome.

I started using the web-based platform, which I found to be very intuitive and user friendly. As a Software Developer myself, I was impressed by this software (a lot of trading software is very dated in appearance). I also contacted the live chat and customer support a few times with general queries and always found them to be responsive and helpful.

Unfortunately, that is where my positive experiences end. Upon signing up to the platform, I had a call with my account manager. To his credit, initially he began by giving me a little intro into forex trading, since I had only done a little stock trading previously. He walked me through some scenarios and got me to place a trade on their platform. Since my plan was to learn forex trading and evaluate the signals, I wanted to do all of this in the demo account first so that I could do so safely until I was confident enough to move to a real account. As soon as the account manager realised I was placing trades in the demo account, his demeanor changed. He started to become irate, claiming that I was wasting his time and "did I not want to make money?". I was disgusted by this abhorrent behaviour and lack of customer service, so I promptly ended the call.

Since then, I have had so many calls routed through different UK and EU based landline numbers that I have started screening ALL of my calls, as when you block one, they call through another line... repeatedly! Screening calls has since resulted in me missing an important call relating to my business and therefore losing out on a potential business opportunity. I have requested several times that they stop contacting me, to no avail. So I have now withdrawn my initial 250 USD depost (of which, I received 225 USD - I assume less fees), and I have closed my account.

The final deciding factor to closing my account was that they said they would not be doing any further development on their Status (web trading) platform, which was missing a few key features.

This experience has been a real shame, as it could have so easily been a 5* review. Had the account manager been supportive in me using a demo account, and encouraging it first, and if they didn't constantly try to pester me over the phone, then I would likely have stayed with them long term, despite the lack of features in their web trading platform. From reading other reviews, I can see the same theme: it's all about the company's lack of understanding of proper customer service. Stop trying to drive hard sales tactics and actually work with your customers on a personal and supportive basis, and you might actually start getting decent reviews.

I have since moved to Oanda's web based platform. I am still in a demo account, but so far it's an orders of magnitude better experience!

I opened an account with 250 deposit , I have been bombarded with high pressure calls daily , each time someone calls I tell them I want to close my account down and want my money refunded, after ten minutes of more high pressure they either tell me to contact customer support or that they will tell them to contact me, the emails from customer support say they will forward to relevant debt.. alas I still haven't been able to close my account or get my initial money refunded .also still getting bombarded with calls... can't comment further

Having been diagnosed with cancer recently I was hoping this would give me some extra much-needed money for operations. Unfortunately these people are absolute monsters - DO NOT TRUST THEM! STAY AWAY! I really cannot say this more clearly. These are BAD PEOPLE that take advantage of the vulnerable and gullible elderly by charming them, using jargon they don't understand and promising returns. They are all crooks.

I was contacted by Darina, who was extremely charming. From the get go I told her that this field was outside of my circle of competence and she gave me assurances that I was in good hands. She advised me to invest £10,000 to begin with. Two days later she told me that the money was gone but assured me that if I put £5,000 more I would recover my losses. That money was also gone in its entirety a day later. She then asked for more money and I refused, provoking rude calls from her and her colleagues.

Rest assured, I will be taking them to court and have been in touch with journalists from reputed news outlets and the police about this. Apparently this fraud is widespread during COVID and there is a big story under way, my case being a good example of predatory scams of this kind.

If what you're saying is true, I am very glad that you have recordings of our conversations. If you go over them you will hear that I insisted that I had NO IDEA of trading. Darina, in response, assured me that I did not have anything to worry about saying that if I did not make money she would not make money. She then asked me to download an app called TeamViewer which gave her full access of my computer and she began making trades on my behalf from my account which, I think, is illegal. A few days later my money was all gone. That is not financial advice, that is privateering my personal computer/account and stealing my money. Good to know you have all the recordings because they will help my case.

Scam company. Do not put any money with these robbers!!!
I had a copy trading account and tried it with a minimal £250. This nearly doubled in 2 weeks so decided to put in a further £5000.
This is when I found out that they try and make you put in more and more.
I tried to get money withdrawn but failed.
I lost £6500 in one week.
I know it's a risk investing in these platforms but EVERFX turned out to be a scam.

My Star rating is 0 stars but the lowest I can give is one.This company is a complete rip off. My advice is to keep your money away from them because you will lose it all for sure. They will accept 250 minimum and then try to extort thousands if you let them. Don't be fooled like I was by these con men. Your advised on what to trade your money on and then your account isn't monitored so you watch as your funds are lost. When you reach out to the chat line to try and stop the loss the message on their chat help is that no staff are available to assist. I explained to them at the off set I had no experience and would be needing their direction ... no problem they said !!! Trust us they said !!! we have the experience they said !!! Yeah well you can put their words in a tin can and throw that in the bin because their words are as worthless as the tin can. They lost my money and now they want me to tell them again although they have several emails from me about my experience with them throughout the short time it took them to rip me off . I read that there is some speculation that the platform is inaccurate ... this wouldn't surprise me as there would be no sense in losing peoples money without gaining at least some of it for themselves. Lastly I have to say there has been no attempt by them to put their incompetence right they just mismanage your money and then tell you it's your fault !!! . MT4 2648867

I deposit $250 to start, an account manager contacted me promptly, called me everyday, illustrated how quick to make money. I did make little profit with his help in the first week. The account manager try to convince me deposit more to upgrade which will benefit me. I planned to invest more, but realized the fund is not available as I expected. When the account manager work out I’m not going to deposit more in the near future, he left my trading dropped below the threshold of 100% which caused automatic closure, while he promised he would inform me to open an opposite trade to balance equity. There are $18 left in my account now. Game is over, no phone calls anymore.

Support is poor as on 4/Jan/2021, I made 3 online Chat queries, asking the same simple question 'Is it true that EverFx is the trading broker of the CashFx Group?'. The first 2 times on the chat, I was the first in the queue, then Adriana from the support response cancelled or stopped the chat thread, claiming there was a huge queue.
On the 3rd attempt, a Support person responded that they could not help me as they could not find me in their system. I responded to request if my simple query could be directed to their PR / Legal Departments as I had previously mentioned I wanted to verify a statement referencing an EverFx official denying the linkage to CashFx in the article published on 14/Dec/2020 titled 'EverFX denies it’s CashFX Group’s trading broker'.
In short, poor customer engagement or service from EverFx.

Everfx Global is a scam, do not be hoodwinked or tricked in anyway to do so called trade with them, I have fallen a victim of scam by Everfx. Stay warned. Deal with them at your own risk or if you have too much money and you are willing to lose it.

Everfx is not a genuine company, they went away with my big sums of money and left my account with zero balances. They control their platform. they make you see on the platform the information they want you to see that will make you feel that its a genuine company.
Following online advert. I registered my details with them, they called me several times a person after the other, convincing me how on line trading, trading in Forex, stock and shares is profitable.

They will convince you to make an initial deposit of 250 US dollars, immediately after that, they will convince you to deposit 2500 dollar next level so that you can trade in the commodities and shares like Amazon and Netflix.They will then ask you to deposit 5000 dollars as its their next level of the account. Remember now a single share of amazon is over 3000 US dollars, they will continue milking you, showing you how you have to deposit in bid sums of money if you want to get good returns. They allocate you someone so called senior accounts Manager who will put you in a position where you will believe that things are possible.They professionally coarse you to deposit more and more.
After you have deposited what they are comfortable with, that will be the end of you. They will make you place a trade,since they are controlling their platform,they will twist the trade back words until it shows zero on your account then they will say that you have made losses. That's what they did to me.

The person who was dealing with me cut off communication for a week, as if that was not enough, they will appear as sympathisers, they will call again ask you to deposit more money so that Everfx company can give you bonus to trade again. Remember the account is reading 0 balances after dropping from thousands and thousands pounds of money.Its mockery.

It was very disappointing to be assisted by a very incapable account manager who unfortunately did not posses any knowledge of account and risk management, letting trades run into big losses, eventually wiping out the capital. This further continues to try and convince on additional funding.

Do not give them money or your phone number, you will be forced to pay money and they will call you every day and pushing you to give them money. Blocking the number is useless, they are using different phone numbers everytime.

EverFX is one of the worse trading company I have used compared to the good one. I deposited up to 2500 on my account and because they was no help from the management system I lost everything and on my second deposit nearly 3000 pounds I nearly lost everything so I decided to close the account and withdrawal my money but I lost 1500, after two weeks one of the my manager phone asking me to deposit again and I said to him all they want is their fees but they don't care what you loose.

I am a first timer, who bought a Groupon Everfx offer. the men who call up to "Train" me on how to use it are impatient but its understandable as I am rather slow. I am angry however, 3 calls ago a man pressured me to invest another £700 aprox. which was fine - i knew what i was doing. What is not fine is when investing this money, i said again and again "do not use all my money in the markets, only use £200 for this specific investment. I must have said this at least 20 times. week later i went on and saw that i had lost everything. Nobody rang for over 16 days. finally someone rang and i had to open my laptop up, they said they would ring back after i explained how angry i was. Nobody rang back. The man was told explicitly by me to "Not invest more than £200 in one go" He did not do as i asked. I lost everything.

It has been a great experience. The guidance and training has been superb. The service from my account manager Ervis has been exceptional.
