Worst possible nightmare! This company is not here to help you make profit by trading, their employees are here to make you trade as much as possible, they don't care about your losses, they promise help to recover and just make the situation gets worse until you los everything!!!
I actually filed a complaint against them, as I found (way too late unfortunately) that many other victims were manipulated all the same...

I have a great expirience with EverFX and trustworthy broker!

Been trading for months with using EverFX & no problems whatsoever. Excellent platform.

They are colluding with "Safe Currency" - a notorious bitcoin exchange platform to scam you.

They are now saying they are closing their trading business and since the company has an auto-bitcoin trade bot or something that you have earned few thousand USD in their account, they need to refund you.

But I have already withdraw all my money a year ago and did nothing related to bitcoin trade and they still insist they can see in the system that I have a lot of money (few bitcoin worth many thousand USD) waiting to be refund to me.
But they said they can't send the money through a normal banking account as it is bitcoin.

They asked me to use Anydesk software to share my computer screen with them so that they can help me to open a bitcoin wallet in Safe Currency, a notorious bitcoin exchange platform. I told them I had a bitcoin wallet, and they said your wallet is not verified hence they can't send to that wallet.

They won't tell me what exact process to get the refund, they just need me to grand permission to them to control my mouse and keyboard so that they can rush through the register process in Safe Currency without letting you read any of terms, just keep pushing me to upload document to verify my id.

In the meantime, I check the comment in Trustpilot about Safe Currency, a lot of scam victim comment, some situations are similar but just with other broker company name.

I stop the process at this point, I said I don't want to proceed because this is "too good to be true" and a lot of scam reported. The guys over the phone keep saying I am a idiot to let the money go away.

Luckily, I have just provided my driving licence, no banking and credit card details were given out. Otherwise I will be the next victim.

DON'T trust this company. No free lunch in the world

I was ripped off by this broker company. First I just want to invest £2,500. So they let me go to their website and asked me to follow the instructions to create my own platform. When I deposited already my money, my broker forced me to add another £5,000 by telling me to follow her instructions while I’m signed in, in my own platform . While following her instructions, it took me to their finance section and forcing me to add an additional amount of £5,000.
I tried to refused for several times but she insisted me to do so and She promised me to give a bonus of £5,000. It was almost 5:00 pm U.K. when the transaction went through. Then she said I have to call you the following day. But after a day she didn’t give me a call. Someone called me and advised me to put some trade on gold and U.S Oil. It was doing okay, then I Start trading on my own. I was doing well, then one day my broker call me to put a trade on silver which goes opposite to the market trend. That’s the start of my account getting bad. Then She called me again to add £6,000 to save my account because it went negative. I managed to put £3,000 and she was forcing me to put another £1,500. I managed to add another £1,500 but on their system it says deposit declined but when I checked with my credit card account the payment went through. But it took more than a week before I knew it. Everfx and my broker did not say anything about it even though they know that my deposit went through to their account. And it did not add also to the amount of money I had in my everfx account balance When I complain it to them, they said okay they got it, and promised me to returned it to my credit card account but they didn’t do it, instead they add it to my balance in my account in everfx. And when I tried to withdraw it. They took off the £5,000 bonus they gave me when I first open my account, which in reality, they didn’t gave it to me, because when my money is below my equity, they asked me to add more money, so they just fooled me about it. And my withdrawal was declined because they said my balance is insufficient but if I have to include the £5,000 bonus that they claim to be a bonus, which was not.really not a bonus, that would not go below my balance.
When my account is getting better my broker will call me and advised me to put a trade on U.S indices which I have no idea about it, Yes I have to trust my broker because I believed that she’s there for me as she promised to take care of my investment and promised me to have a good return of my money, she had a very sweet words. And after that. I realised that she was just fooling me, she want my money to lose because she protect her employer the everfx and she got more commission when more clients are losing their investment. Every time she advised me to put a trade on a particular indices, forex or commodity, the trend of the markets goes the opposite way. I had never won with all her advices and that’s very impossible for a broker not to win at all on her advices. Always goes opposite to the market trend that’s make my account again into a critical situation and I managed to fixed it. And then my broker will call me again to put bigger trade. When I did that my account gets worsen. They also don’t have any person in the late night to assist you or stop you from putting a trade when your free margin are in critical condition. They just allow me to put another trade and after a second they closed my account. They ripped me off.
And then the following day my broker call me asking me where’s my money? Pretending she look after me.
It’s a scam.
Don’t ever ever trade with everfx. It’s a scam.
If you want to trade, it’s better to find a trade broker company here in the U.K , that’s under the FSCA. even if you pay an overnight charges it’s still worth it. You have chances to win rather this everfx brokerage. You will never win even if you’re winning they will find many ways where you can loss your money Or their not going to pay you.
I’m happy now that I found a genuine broker company. They don’t call you, you need to do it yourself, no pressure and dictation and they stop or block your new trade if your money is not sufficient, if you have an existing trade. Unlike in e everfx they will allow you to trade even if your balance is in danger because when your trade goes opposite they will just close your account and all your existing trade will be close.
So do not, do not trade in everfx . Take my advice I’m a victim with them. I hope one day they will be prosecuted.

They have paid my interest within the stated time, I can now confidently make larger investment.

Ever FX is a solid platform you can trust . Service is a bit slow I will like tell you all the guys staying cool they will come to you.

I just want to give a feedback about withdrawal. I was requesting that on Friday afternoon, now it’s Tuesday evening and I got my funds fully back. It was not sent as requested via wire transfer however via bankcard but it is a minor issue.

EverFX are very professional and are a trustworthy broker.

I am using the Silver account of EverFx which supports Robot Feature, I like to talk about trading with my account manager as he knows a lot, EverFx is a superb broker no less

Everfx is an important and solid social trading platform with which I have been collaborating for several years, it has never disappointed me, it has always implemented new features often coming from the ideas of its customers, including mine.

The best platform for cross-border transactions, diversified products,copying, and long-term investment.

I would like to advice everyone about the bad practice taken in place by this broker, and i will share my experience.

The 16 of April I opened different possitons in Usoil, My trades hitt the Take profit giving me a profit of of 1372.84€. Sudenly hours later i had a "balance fixed" operation taking out of my account 1550.00 €. have been trying to get some info regarding the reasons for that "fixed balance" the only answer i got is basically that the contract futures was expiring on that same night. I was not given any information (emails, Pop ups, or anything) regarding that expiration. moreover, the amount that the balance fixed it overcomes the profits, and they still deny a full refund.

Iaf anyone is on the same situation, please contact me i would love to gather some people in order to build up a collective sue.
