The App could be better
The App I find is really good but only as long as the medical practice use it in ways to communicate well with their patients.
My practice does not allow online appts but they don’t declare this to patients. I also have problems logging on to the software and find I have to go via the NHS login to find the service I need. The practice are aware but given no advice on how to resolve!
I would like some training on how to use the app and so der if there is a video or contact?

Well when I request repeats and also in comments box I request my zapain but never get them i need to call surgery every time then I get them I don't know if they not reading comments in its box or not but its a hassle having to go pharmacy twice as I'm disabled

It’s disgusting that all UK doctors practices expect their patients to utilise broadband and technology as opposed to face to face appointments. I don’t like my private information being shared. I don’t care who you are and how you re assure me that it’s safe! Nothing is safe anymore!! Seeing as I HAVE to use tech to order repeat prescriptions, I feel quite disgruntled. You can’t do this at the surgery face to face with the receptionist or by phone any more. What happens when I can’t afford to pay for my energy bill? ….broadband needs electricity to power it! Also, why have you at evergreen made it impossible for me to see referral letters? What are you trying to hide from me?? Just disgusted as have reported this issue numerous times before and no one ever gets back to me about the sodding error messages I get when trying to view these documents. Just sort it out!
