They cancelled my order out of the blue three days after it was placed and was confirmed by them, without any reason. Most likely they just sold away the item to someone else which also shows that the... See more

This is a great place to buy staple wardrobe pieces. Specifically jeans. The quality is great. I recently bought a pair of jeans and some shorts from them and they didn't fit right. They allowed me to exchange the jeans for a bigger size and return the shorts and I didn't even have to pay return shipping. I love that they use more eco friendly packaging and practices.
Last year I bought a coat which was well made. Based on that this year I bought some shoes.
The size was too small and the quality was very poor for what I paid for them. I returned the items a month ago and have not received a refund despite chasing several times in with no response.
Will not be purchasing anything from them in future.
Edit 2: I took another risk and ordered another one of their pants that was FINAL SALE. I followed their size chart and even read the reviews. For size 2, the pants were gigantic and the waist was inches bigger than their size chart stated. This is the second time I had to donate pants from Everlane due to poor sizing. Avoid their final sale items because their sizing is all over the place!
Edit: Everlane asked for more info which lead to Trustpilot giving me a time limit to respond otherwise they will delete my review. So I gave them my order info. If you see bad reviews here randomly disappeared, it's because people either forgot or don't have time to respond within a few days with asked info.
I ordered one of their $120 jackets and the material was thin, not a solid black (which wasn’t mentioned), gets dusty easily, isn’t water-resistant despite being advertised as a rain coat, and the fit was so boxy! None of the model images on their website shows them wearing the jacket facing front so it was very misleading; it’s like Everlane purposely hides the shape and cut of their clothing with their imagery. I didn’t wear the jacket immediately so my return window was over and I had to deal with it.
Second, I ordered their utility barrel pants in a size smaller than my usual. Turns out I needed 2 sizes smaller and wished I had bought multiple sizes to try as they charge $7 shipping unless you reach the minimum of $79 then $7 return too. Keep in mind, no part in my life was I ever a size 00 which was the size I had to reorder. I purchased 2 different colors of the same pants, same size. One of them ended up being smaller/bigger than the other and the lengths were also different. 1 out of 2 pants were final sale so I had to donate it. The pockets on the pants are also fast-fashion-tiny and cut in a weird impractical angle. I tried to leave bad reviews for both the jacket and pants and neither of them were approved to their website.
For the prices Everlane charges, I would’ve expected better quality control, consistent sizing and better customer policies. Also, the $7 shipping in the USA was through DHL then USPS does the final delivery which pissed me off. They claim sustainability which I’m skeptical about but it’s nice they ship out in a paper mailer. However, if it’s raining and your item is sitting outside, beware. It will get wet. The pants were just thrown into a paper mailer and it was raining the day it was delivered so the mailer got drenched and the pants had wet spots on it. I knew Everlane since they started years ago but I don’t know if they were always like this. Too bad. So much for my goal of being “sustainable”.
I ordered a sweater and a pair of boots in November. Two days later, I received an email saying there was an issue with their stocks and the boots were out of stock. They charged me quite quickly for the sweater, which took forever to "arrive". The tracking stated someday that it was undeliverable, and the package was sent straight back to sender. In February, it's still "on its way back" and I haven't received any kind of refund.
I’m a size 6.This item didn’t even fit my 12year old neigherbour and i ordered a size larger than said the examples model size.
£8 delivery and an extra £8 to return.
Rip off and poor service. I would have paid that willingly if they delivered.
I've found their quality of service to be absolutely brilliant. Very quick in responding and resolving the issue without too much bureaucracy.
I like their stuff but make a point of not using any retail outlet that uses Hermes/Evri for their shipping. Everlane said they used DHL. But guess what! They use Evri. And the parcel is missing. Evri have started that familiar round of emails that say the parcel has been delayedor we tried but couldn't find your address (nonsense). Twice, I've even had 'the van crashed'. Over 60% never get through, the rest are up to a month late. Don't use Everlane or any Hermes/Evri user if you're in the UK.
I have an unauthorized charge on my debit card from Everlane, Inc. I have never heard of them before.
Additional information:
Everlast ran an unauthorized
charge against my debit card for something I didn't order. That is theft and fraud. I have no order number because I never placed an order. Everlast obtained my debit card information fraudulently.
What a terrible company to return an item from in Australia. The state on their website its a $7 return fee and when I go to return the item they charged me $25 even though their depo is in NSW and would of only cost $9.30 the item was not that much so not worth returning. I would STAY away from their company, I wished I read theses reviews beforehand.
I recently returned sweaters ordered for my son for Christmas, from the company, Everlane. The items ran too small, and so when he tried to find larger sizes, everything was sold out. To return, Everlane deducted over $14.00 in return shipping fees; $7.00 for the return, and over $7.00 for the mailing it back to the company. Buyer beware: I don’t like when a company profits over my displeasure.
This is a scam company! I checked my banking information and found that they charged me $52.38!!! I never ordered anything from them. I tried calling and texting them but got nowhere so I instituted a fraud alert with my bank and notified the FTC. I don't know how in the world they got my debit card number!
Beware of ordering from this organization. I ordered a gift item on Nov 30, 2022, with an expected delivery date of Dec 12, 2022. Their track shipment function never worked. I emailed them and the only response I got was on Dec 11th telling me that I will be informed when the item has been packed and shipped. On December 13th I got another e-mail saying that the order has been canceled as they do not have this item in stock and the credit would be issued. Had I been informed in time - I would have made an alternative arrangement. But they left me and my gift recipient high and dry. Lesson learned - avoid Everlane.
By far my favorite ethical clothing company. It's priced at a premium, but I've been a loyal customer for quite some time.
Terrible customer service. Scam artist company! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They still owe me $78 and refuse to send my refund. They were out of an item I ordered… Still charged me promised me a refund and now it had been a month and I still havent received it. They have no phone number. TRASH COMPANY
Ordered something, and paid express shipping, and it looks like it just sat in the warehouse for a week until I reached out, and it was picked up. Everlane tried to blame DHL which was disappointing instead of owning up to it. Massive delays and CS wasn't very helpful
I placed an order back in August, it took a few weeks to arrive but I didn't mind. I then returned 4 items to the value of £260 early September and I still haven't received the refund. I've tried to reach out using their customer service forms but haven't heard anything back from them yet.
I always & I mean ALWAYS shopped at only Everlane. I’ve spent THOUSANDS on clothing & this past year it has changed so much! Before it was seamless to order & actually have my order arrive in time. Now, complete 180! I’ve had the last 3 orders returned without my knowledge due to their mistakes. They never update their site & when you buy you risk losing your whole order due to them not having an item in stock. They do not email or call you to tell you. You find out when the return is processed by your bank. In my case it’s been this way at least & im completely over the hassle, the time wasted.. the bank refunds. It’s just a headache & my best advise to newcomers is if it seems too good to be true, it usually is.
This is my second time ordering from them but will not do so anymore. The first time was their best seller turtle neck top. The top loses its shape immediately after wearing once. The cost is too low to return so I decided not to. The 2nd time, I thought I give it a try again by ordering a sweater. It didn't suits me so I returned. In the end, I was deducted of 16 euros (2 ways shipping charges). The return address is to Germany and I'm from Netherlands so it doesn't makes sense for me to order from them anymore. There are so many online shops here with free returns so I would go to others instead.
Great products and customer service. I've ordered a few times from Ireland, delivery times are clearly explained with the option of expedited service. Wish more companies followed their lead in being open and transparent on production and costs. Well done Everlane.
