Item received today which I was really happy with. The quality of the t-shirt and print were fantastic. I feel you can judge a company on the basis of its customer service and when things go wrong how quickly they resolve it and I have to say 10/10 for fantastic and very quick customer service response. *Absolutely* shocked at the service I have received from this company, ordered a T Shirt on 8th August, waited and waited, eventually I emailed wondering where my order was, they replied four days later telling me that I was in the system, the campaign had ended successfully and my order was due for delivery the following week.. Here we are, heading towards the end of September and I’m still waiting, no reply to my last three emails and £32 poorer. This is a shoddy way to treat your customers and from previous reviews, looks like this is the norm and not an exception. Do better.

I finally received a reply from the general manager of Everpress expressing his regret at the service I received, apologising and explaining what had happened. He provided me with the Royal Mail tracking number for my order, however upon entering the number on the Royal Mail app, it said my order was at Heathrow distribution centre and was about to leave the UK. Odd, as my delivery address is in Liverpool.. I emailed the general manager explaining this, as yet I’ve not had a reply.

placed my order 24th July for 2 x T-Shirts. 1st delivery T-Shirt was never completed and 'went missing'. 2nd delivery T-Shirt has yet to be completed when the original delivery date was 4th Aug. Its now 12th Sept and no update received from Everpress on where my order is!!! Absolutely shocking service. Avoid at all costs

I ran a succesful campaign and it finished on August 26th. I was notified it had gone to print and customers would recieve their orders with 5-7 days. We are now well past the delivery date, and now i have customers who purchased the tees getting in touch with me complaining about not recieving their products from everpress.
I have raised three customer support requests with the everpress team in the past few weeks and i havent heard anything back. Terrible customer service, leaving a bad reputation for my own and everpresses the brand. Additionally i have not yet been paid the funds from the tee campaign. I know Everpress have recently gone into administration and have been taken over, but surley there should have been some customer care in the transition?

Ordered a poster on 8th July as a gift, which was supposed to go to print on 28th July. We got an email on 15th August to say it was going to print, but have yet to receive the item (it's now over 2 months since we placed our order).
We have sent multiple emails, and only received one reply to say they were having company problems that were now resolved, but still no date of when we will receive our item. Have sent further emails asking for a refund, as well as tried to call - to receive an automated message saying “No support agents are available to take your call”.
Scam company - will take your money and run! Do NOT buy from them!!
Edit: they also tried to flag my review “for containing defamatory content” - so they are trying to remove reviews which aren’t positive. Trustpilot thankfully didn’t agree and put my review back online.

Quality lacking, especially considering the £25+ price tag on shirts. I ordered two shirts at the end of July (spent £55) and have yet to receive one of them despite the campaigns ending within a few days of each other. The T-shirt that has arrived was very disappointing. The design (thanks to the artist!) was as expected, but the shirt itself is very thin and not reflective of the quality I expected for the price I paid in my opinion.
For my second order I've had no dispatch info despite the campaign ending at the end of August and the shirt having gone to print quickly afterwards apparently...
I don't think I'd order from Everpress again, nor would I recommend to others. Such a shame as their campaigns were recommended to me by a friend.

Ordered nearly 6 weeks ago, shirts were advised they were dispatched and were never sent. We travelled to London from Australia to shoot these shirts, we even went to the head office to find out it has now been vacated with no updated details! Customer service replied to one of our emails and have ignored the last 5-6 emails. Do not use!

Writing yet ANOTHER review to try and get the attention of the company. I sent my delivery back approx 2 weeks ago. I paid for 1st class, which wasn’t cheap so it’s hard to believe they haven’t got it yet. I’ve recently sent a message asking about my refund and I was met with an email asking me how I’d rate their help service when they haven’t even replied to me!! I would like my money back ASAP. I can provide my order details!

Ordered a tshirt and all seemed to be going well until a month and a half later it still had not arrived. Emailed the company and it took them over a week to reply (2-4 days was the estimated wait time with more being needed in certain cases but a simple “we’re working on it and are sorry your order didn’t arrive” would’ve let me know they had seen it) finally after a second email to them I got a reply offering to reprint or refund. I agreed to a reprint because I like the design I’d ordered though never will order from them again especially given they’re supposedly good quality more expensive tshirts. After reading these reviews I just wish I’d asked for the refund.

I started a campaign with this T-shirt manufacturer. Naturally, it was a bit more expensive than doing it the traditional way, but that was fine—I knew what I was getting into. What I did not know, however, was that the quality of the T-shirts would be so disappointing.
Many people who bought the shirts reached out to me afterwards, telling me that yellow stains appeared on the fabric after washing. Unfortunately, I have noticed the same issue on my own shirts as well. On top of that, the fabric feels thin and the print is not very strong or vibrant.
Conclusion: Overall, I cannot recommend this manufacturer. The quality simply does not match the price.

I ordered from a campaign that ended on 7th of August and shipped at 15th of August, chose tracked shipping that was an extra 10 euros just to be safe, and I have yet to receive any email regarding my orders whereabouts, even though I was supposed to receive my orders tracking code.
I have sent an email to customer support and never received an answer, I'm starting to think that I wasted 45 euros, and by reading other reviews here it seems that I am not the first one with a problem like that.
I understand the case of having shipping delays but it would be greatly appreciated if I could get an update on my order.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a T-shirt which never arrived. The seller told me it was returned and re-shipped, but the second shipment also never arrived. The communication with customer support was frustrating – my emails were ignored, and they did not address the questions I asked. After all this time, I still have no product and no clear resolution. I will not be ordering again.

I'm a seller on Everpress and they stopped paying out on February. One month ago their support team said they will contact the finance dep. but never got back. Now they are ignoring my emails. (Ticket #157887)
Also, they sell tees for 30e and pay out creators like 2eur per shirt, so not sure if I'd recommend them to any creator.
