I just realised they shipped from China meaning its all made in China for that price, although their office is in London? Emailed twice, even though their customer service should get back within 12h. There were no response and it has been 2 days. This was my mistake that i did not re-search before buying.

Wrong size sent
Ordered according to website sizing 8 pairs of large. I have received 8 pairs of 2xl. Didn't realise until I started to wear the black ones which have the size printed a lot more clearly on them. I thought they didn't feel tight enough

On receiving 4 pairs of socks on 26th May, I found they were too small. This was despite care being taken to ensure correct sizing (M). I have since sent 3 emails to customer service to see if there is a solution to this problem I.e refund or exchange for a bigger size. It is frustrating that I have not received an acknowledgement or response. I am therefore very disappointed with the lack of service and being out of pocket for 4 pairs of socks I cannot use.

Poor customer service
AVOID - I made a large order 04/05/2026 as I would need compression socks for a plane journey due to pregnancy, I ordered in what I thought was plenty of time based on the 'estimate' for delivery on Eversock website.
I tried to cancel the order 14/05/2026 because it was taking so long and I did not have faith they would arrive for my holiday. They refused cancellation as they had apparently already been despatched, although the courier was not in possession yet (I could tell by the tracking!). My order arrived with the courier 22/05/2026.
I have been unsuccessfully communicating with Customer Service since 24/05/2026 asking for a way to return the unopened goods that are now not fit for purpose to obtain a refund.
I was told I would be able to return the products for a full refund via email on 01/06/2026, but now they are refusing to honour that and are not refunding. Instead are repeatedly trying to offer me replacement goods.
I'm in the process of complaining via trading standards due to them not meeting distance selling obligations and will update this review in due course.

Purchased socks which left horrendous marks on my legs. I contacted Eversock on how to apply for a refund. Took them ages to even respond and that was only after me chasing them up again. Won’t give me a refund and insist on sending me more socks but in bigger size. Not heard another peep from them since. Appalling customer service and only interested in your money. I would not buy from them again.

We ordered two pairs of socks from EverSock, but the items delivered were the wrong size. Despite contacting their team multiple times to request return instructions under their advertised 60-day money-back guarantee, we have received absolutely no response.
As a customer, I expect a company to honour its explicit guarantees and maintain basic communication. The lack of response to our repeated inquiries is highly disappointing.

I am very pleased with the socks
I am very pleased with the socks. They are exactly what I needed, easy to pull on and comfortable to wear. My legs feel much better and not so restricted as with other socks I bought at pharmacies. No swelling around my ankles when I take them off at night. The tan coloured ones are a bit longer than the black socks. I have very long legs and need to fold them over under the knee. I would like to know if you could make some thinner socks suitable for hot summer days.

I had really high hopes but
I had really high hopes, unfortunately I received the wrong size socks.
On their website the return policy it's quite clear and it seems I wouldn't have had any issue to exchange the socks. However I have now sent several emails and they have never got back to me. So I have spent money for socks I cannot even wear. Real shame

I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased these for my operation, I ordered in enough time for them to arrive before my surgery. I contacted the company when the date of arrival past, they could not find my parcel, I asked for a refund as I needed them for a certain date. They sent out another package. These arrived weeks after I needed them. I had to spend more money on purchasing socks from another shop. I messaged to ask to return the socks as they were a month late & I had already sent 6 emails to say the date I needed them had passed. I was told that they do not accept returns. This is beyond disgusting considering the circumstances.

Well I'm a Jamaican living in the UK now. I'm 60..something if you know what I mean. And I use to love playing football a lot. Gotten a lot of lick on my feet's. Bottom line is I haven't had treatment at the right time most of the time. Now when I ware certain socks it leave print on my feet. Now with eversocks. It's a whole new ball game. Zee mi. The compressions Eversocks are the only socks I have been able to get on my legs. Others have been too tight to even get over my feet. I have used them on a short flight recently and kept them on for the rest of the day. They are very comfortable and my ankles didn't swell.

Order cancelled 2 May 2026. Two partial refunds issued but about half the total amount still not repaid. I have now had another email confirming cancellation of my order and indicating refunds have been issued but, of course, this is incorrect. Just seem to be going around in a circle because these people are completely incompetent. Next step back to credit card provider.
