Not happy with the socks at all

Not happy with the socks at all. I am a size 6 shoe and the heel of the sock came no where near my heel. Also I’m 5’ 6” tall and the sock came half way over my knee, so would roll up when wearing . Wish I’d not wasted my money as they will be going in the bin.

Avoid this company …


I made an order on the 21st May as yet no item has arrived. I have emailed them twice and had no response.
Despite waiting for the delivery and following the information provided, I have still not received my parcel. The lack of communication and support throughout this process has been extremely frustrating and has fallen well below the level of service I expected.

I am very unhappy with the service I have received and would appreciate an immediate update on the whereabouts of my parcel, together with a clear explanation of what has happened and issue me a refund asap.

I have now received my order

Where is my order. I ordered my socks on the 26th May. Your website states it takes 10 days to receive orders. It's now the 6th June. I've checked the website and it looks like my order hasn't even been sent. I've emailed your email address and no reply. What is going on???
Following on from my review above Eversock answered my email regarding my order. They were prompt and helpful. I received my order yesterday. I am pleased with the colour and quality of the socks. I am hopeful that they will help the swelling around my ankles and my foot neuropathy.

Feels like a complete scam

Feels like a complete scam. Took my money. Sent me a tracking link which shows the products as being at an airport for a week. Customer service not answered emails two days running. Definitely one to avoid.

Non delivery

Item ordered 10 days ago. On checking tracking apparently it went to customs then airport and now apparently is leaving a port. I live in UK. I thought this business was in UK. Is it a scam?
Still no socks.

Would not recommend at all

Would not recommend at all, as Eversock do not care about customers. Made an order for 4 pairs of socks. Order came with 3 pairs the wrong size, replacement order came with wrong socks again. Was told it would be fixed for the third time, but have had no replacement and eversock will otherwise even respond to emails, perthetic

The company says it's based in London…

The company says it's based in London so I thought delivery would be quick. It has taken a week to post and find its coming from china. Very misleading. I have sent 2 emails no reply. I would like a refund and I don't want them now. Too late. Had you answered my email it would not have been shipped. Do not order.

Continuously told "in transit" , but no other response...scam?

Continuously told "in transit" after ordering and paying, with no response to my complaints from the company about non delivery. Asked for refund - nothing. I think this may be a scam company? Hoping credit card company can get my cash back........

Horrible "Customer Service"

I ordered from you on April 20th? The package never arrived due to an exception. No email from you explaining anything. I found out by going to your site. I emailed "customer service", AKA "AI Robot" asking for are refund. OH NO, you must order again at no charge. I felt like I was bullied into doing reordering.
May 12, I surrendered and agreed to a reshipment.
Here it is May 27. Not one word about the shipment or tracking or anything. NEVER AGAIN will I order anything from your company.

Customer Service post sale non existent

I have emailed 3 times over nearly two weeks to discuss a simple sizing issue (for which I was responsible); and a pair of socks of comprising two different sizes for which they were responsible. Not hard to resolve, if they ever choose to respond. Average response time 12 hours? Don't think so.

I have had your partial response, but this fails to address the second issue. I still have two pairs of grey socks that I ordered in wrong size and wish to return/replace. Please respond directly to my emails on this not via Trustpilot.
