Poor service, bad refurbishment of the wheels ( although they don’t refurbish themselves they use Bastone & Ellis Automotive Ltd) I had to collect myself from 2 different locations (a 200 mile round trip!) one wheel refurbished badly and Bastone & Ellis very reluctant to remedy the issue, so a promise was made to refurbish another wheel and make a swap when ready on 18th of July and at 7th of December I’m still waiting to hear! I have now had another complete set of wheels refurbished by South West Wheel Repairs in Exeter and the finish is better than factory. Will not use this company again ☹️

I needed a Mercedes a class AMG alloy as mine was cracked spoke to several company's and waste of time. Alec was professional, helpful & a very nice guy! Alec promised I'd have the alloy next day delivery and it was there! With a reputable delivery company DPD. Now had the alloy fitted and it looks brilliant! You wouldn't no the difference. Pristine condition!

Guys if you need alloys these are the company to use!

Two of the wheels on my 500X were badly kerbed and needed replacing before I sold the car. No-one had refurbed ones available, except Alec. He arranged a swap on one, a refurb and then swap the second - fantastic customer service and the wheels look like new! I live locally so arranged collection - amazing stock of rack after rack of thousands of wheels.

Wanted to leave a review with the recent service provided by Alec.
Saturday I hit a pot hole and cracked my allow wheel on my E class, called MB local dealer who quoted me the earth but struggled to get one.

Found this website and messaged late Saturday, could not believe it when Alec called me in the evening and told me I would receive the refurbished wheel Tuesday.

Just got home and the wheel is here, very impressed with the quality and exceptional customer service. Thank you Alec 👍👍

Ordered the wheel online from the website directly. Alec was really helpful in finding and confirming the right alloy wheels. Really wonderful service.
