I had misunderstanding payment to your web,it was written to pay 8 aed and been deducted 9.99$ and 2$
So I prefer to get it back the amount been paid . And I want say thanks to Eugene for prompt reply and helping my issue .

Truly speaking I'm not happy about this company at all, because they took my money without my permission and I've been trying to communicate with them to refund my money since 30 June up to this day I haven't received my money.

I’ve noticed that this company have been taking money from my account since April. Nobody is available to help as to why they have taken money. Only small amounts each time but it all adds up! I’ve ended up contacting the fraud team at my bank to help!

I was not aware that I was signing up for this. It was a totally different advert on facebook and am a little disappointed.

It was bad. I think it for the mystery box of temu not this abonnement, they lie and push me to pay something that I don't know.

The team was very efficient in answering my questions and giving me solutions to the problem I hand. I would have just liked it better if all of this could’ve been prevented since I didn’t get any emails of confirmation until today that I reached outs since I didn’t knew what was happening until I checked my bank account.
