Long wait
I received my last order in a timely manner. One of the items did not work and asked to have it exchanged. I had to return the item and pay my own postage, not good customer service. Now I have to wait for them to get it and check it before they send me another one. Not happy with the additional wait or service.

Very impressed.
I know this company has a lot of negative reviews, and I was also hesitant to buy from here. However I have nothing but positive words about my experience. I purchased a vaporizer and paid for express shipping and it turned up the next day. I was very impressed and the quality of the device is also excellent. I have since placed another order with Namaste and will continue to use them in the future.

Took longer than it should to acertain that the purchase of wire screens were necessary for the product to work effectively.
Product itself was not particularly durable or well-designed and the mouth piece broke off when it was knocked over. So it's now completely useless and a complete waste of money.
