My cat had a cut on front left paw due to an accident. She was treated at my vet (surgery) and I submitted claim on everypaw portal and within a few days of my vet replying to claim, I received email to say my claim was accepted minus the excess. Within a few days received funds in my bank account. Excellent service all round.

Absolutely fantastic company, very easy to deal with and understanding of your query and concerns. Insuring my dog for the second year in a row with them.

During the signup process they gave me the quote as a monthly cost, there was nowhere to choose between annual/monthly payments and it was quoted as monthly payments, I assumed I’d be paying monthly. They’ve taken the money as an annual payment and now I have no money for the rest of the month for food or the train to work.

As I have been with Every Paw for a number of years with my last dog.

All the information was clearly set out, every aspect of the insurance cover explained fully. Very good price for the level of cover compared to some others. The paperwork arrived within three days as promised. The whole process simple and straightforward.

We did everything through our vet but Everypaw kept us up to date with each payment request and paid them promptly. This was the first time our veterinary practice had dealings with Everypaw and now are happy to again if requested.

My old provider increased the renewal considerably, after being with them for years. I shopped around and looked for quotes, "Everypaw" came up best for my circumstances. They gave great explanation of their policy and expected treatments for each choice of cover. Early days but very happy with my policy, I have never claimed on my dog insurance despite having dogs for 3 decades.

I'm really impressed by Everypaw. I've been with them for 4 months now. They have kept to their part of the bargain and been swift in their decisions about my claims. When one was declined because the locum vet had written something incorrect, I explained and they understood and revised their decision. I was also told if I hadn't had a 2 week break between them and my previous insurer (due to me having no £!) they would have honoured a claim I made in my exclusion period which I had never heard of before (so bear this in mind for the future, policy holders!).
They pay out quickly and they have been fair in their assessments. They are also one of the few policies which is affordable for an "ancient" (11!) dog, who is my world. Thank you Everypaw, for helping me afford to take care of my little boy.

Easy to follow application forms, and hoping I never have to make a claim! Good to know the cover is there if needed.

Avoid Everypaw at all costs. This company is a complete rip-off. I paid insurance premiums for over six months, yet when my cat needed a minor procedure, they refused to cover it. It’s honestly ridiculous. I would never recommend this insurer to anyone.
