Suspected Counterfeit Product from their store

I ordered a Polar Hair care shampoo on 6 June and received it on the 14th. They claimed that you can receive your order in 3days. The company is from Australia, I am from Sydney.

They've partnered with Shop App so you can track your order details but upon checking the app to track my package it just said "Waiting for details" until I received the package.

Upon receiving the Polar hair care shampoo brought from them, I have observed significant differences from the authentic ones I usually buy from Amazon. It just so happens that the colour variant I use from Amazon was out of stock that's why I desperately ordered from them. So here are the noticeable differences from my used up Polar shampoo from amazon and the one from Everythingkeratin, first off, the packaging box is very much different from the box of the authentic one I've used before. It is more flimsy, has different text on its back, doesn't have the usual cardboard flap in its opening, and did not contain a leaflet nor plastic gloves that always goes in a Polar hair care shampoo box. In addition, the shampoo bottle's main sticker label was attached in a skewed manner and finally, it doesn't have a sticker label on its back.

With all the discrepancies I have observed, I decided not to use the product anymore as I am worried that it would not have the same quality as what I expect from an authentic Polar hair care shampoo.

I have emailed them before to track my order and didn't get a response from them. I also emailed them for a refund just now, let's see if they will process it. If yes, I'll update this review but if not, then they're really ripping people's money off with counterfeits!
