Initially our communication with Everytool was very quick, we even paid for a faster delivery time slot of 1-3 days. Unfortunately we still haven't received our items 8 days later and the communication to check our update on delivery has all been online, and promising delivery dates and failing. I'm sure when we receive our products we will be happy with it.

It was clealy stated on the front page of the website that we were away and that all orders would be dispatched on the 23rd of December, which they were. When ordering it also stated this on the payments page and once again on the confirmation email I can only apologise taht you did not see any of these statemnets.
