It was strange that I received an email for additional data (Contact address outside Canada) which could have been handled in the web-based form for the application.

Very poor and misleading service - Paid for a visa they never delivered
Very poor and misleading service.
I was charged €129 for a visa that officially costs a fraction of that amount. After payment, the company claimed they had not received my money, even though my bank confirmed the transaction and provided an ARN for tracking.
There were multiple company names involved, and no one took responsibility. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.
I later found out that my visa had already been issued in the official system, which makes the whole situation even more concerning. They never delivered my visa!
I would strongly advise others to avoid this service and apply directly through the official government website.
