DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM OPERATION. Paid $79 for visa thinking this was directly the government portal which I was visiting. This was NOT. This company uses graphics that deceive consumers. It is a sham operation with a Barcelona address. Their third party customer service behavior is immature and unprofessional which reinforces the label of a scam operation.

This is a total scam website
"This is a total scam website. They trick you into thinking it's the official U.S. government site and charge up to 5 times the standard fee. They absolutely refuse to give refunds and offer zero real service. You have to enter the exact same information you would on the official site, so you are doing all the work yourself, yet they pocket over $140 in fees for doing absolutely nothing. It's a complete fraud."

Scam. Do NOT use this service if you're trying to obtain an ESTA for the US.
They wait until the very end of the online application to tell you the price. Which is many times the prices of the standard ESTA application.
Absolute scam.

No way of cancelling an order or refunding if a mistake is made, even if you try immediately - DO NOT USE
The website didnt make it clear up front the pricing for the service. When I tried to immediately cancel the order after payment had been made you cant refund or cancel for any reason. The website is totally misleading. Anything else that you buy online you can cancel if you have made a mistake but this isnt the case. Please take caution and dont use this site there are much better providers.

The site doesn't show prices until the payment stage; only then does the actual cost become clear, and you end up paying four times what you should have paid. And it is not possible to return the F visa in order to apply for the correct visa at the right price. So, you’ve been scammed—stay away.
