This site is not illegal, but it charges unreasonably high fees. I am currently in the process of canceling my subscription, but I was still charged about 10% in fees. If the fees are not refunded, I will consider reaching out to PayPal for assistance. I do not recommend using this service.

Behind the guise of an official website, this is a company that charges exorbitant fees. Check the visa website of the government of the country you're traveling to and you'll see the outrageous price difference. There's no way to cancel.
