Useless predators
Useless. Sharks preying on vulnerable people. Asking for every document and piece of ID I own. They wanted access to business accounts for a personal loan. I tried explaining that it’s a limited company but the African I was talking too could barely speak English. Then after jumping through hoops they offer a loan with 99% interest over 18 months 😂….99% interest. These are predators preying on vulnerable people. Absolutely disgusting that companies like this exist. Scumbags!

Don’t waste your time
Don’t waste your time, approved for £5000 went through all the banking and phone calls to then be completely ignored by jeffery at Ipswich branch. Their customer service is diabolical. I have called them numerous times over two days to get fobbed off every time.
