I ordered 2 of their Koala products in May, was given a tracking number, weeks go by and nothing was received. I have written over 25 emails to them, any correspondence from them has stopped. This fraudulent company took over $80 from me, Im looking into contacting the BBB. Keep away from this company!!

I would prefer to have the option to rate this company with a 0 or -0. I ordered some Kola bears in June for my grandkids. I was charged on my credit card but I've not received the product and I've not received a refund when I asked to cancel the order. I've got tons of emails from Gab and Jan that say nothing but fluff ..sorry for your frustration ... things are back ordered ... I'll keep track of you order ...etc. etc.. DO NOT ORDER from this company ...

I ordered a koala bear for my grandson in JUNE. Today is Halloween and he never received it. It was more expensive than other sites, and now I’ve asked for a refund and they no longer respond. Just took the money and kept saying it’s been shipped since June. I wish I could give 0 stars

Do not order anything from this company. Order placed 12 October nothing despatched, no reply to 8 emails chasing a reply. Absolutely shambolic company who obviously don’t care about customers!!!

The noise is so loud and creepy, if there was a function to turn off the noise that would be good, but definate scam company

Received after 3 weeks fake on cloud. Plus wrong size for kids and colour. Reported to bank. Money back already.

SCAM - they send Fake products. ordered OnCloud and got deep fakes. Besides they operate same scam through different websites Runionoutlet.com, Elvorashop.uk, elvora-shop.com

Placed an order a month ago.
Haven’t heard anything since.
I’ve sent 5 emails & not had a reply.
Seems to be a total scam.
Will now contact my bank to see if they can help to get my money back.

Biggest scam ever . No updates , no package updates and if you write email they never answer.

Ordered on cloud Cloudpulse pro trainers. What arrived 3 weeks later were cheap copies of wrong model, colour & size. They couldn't of got it more wrong if they tried! 🤣 Luckily I paid with paypal & recieved a refund.

Total scam - counterfeit items. No response from the company when tracking the item and now received the trainers which cost £70 and not a genuine item. No response now I asked for a refund . Avoid - if it seems too good to be true it probably isn’t ….

Ordered on trainers. What came was so poor quality fakes it was dangerous to wear them. They use pictures from the official on website. All faked in China. Why are Amazon & the rest giving them the opportunity to rip people off. People with very little money will be buying them for there children for Christmas & the children will be in tears when they realise they are not like there friends proper on shoes. These scammers are heartless.

Just been scammed, I ordered a pair of ON Trainers, looked genuine on the Elvora website, but the shoes delivered were cheap fake imitations of very poor quality, & from a copy company in China.
Warning to others don’t take a risk.! I should have known TikTok deal selling price only £70.. but the site & picture looked absolutely ok

I ordered two Kolas on June 29th. They took my money on 3rd July still waiting. Ive had plenty of emails from Jan in the last one I asked for a refund. I'm still waiting and they are not answering my emails any more.
This a scam. Don't touch them with a barge pole

I ordered my Koala 11/06/25 and here we are on the 21/10 with no delivery.

Emails have been replied to by Jan. Promised refund in August, still not paid.

Ordered 3 beads in june and not recieved them i have emailed the company and still no luck in receiving my items I paid 119 aswell a lot of money when u havent recieved anything I am annoyed and please I wouldn't order any of the bears one big scam

Sad I never received my 2 koala bears. Ordered in July and did receive a response in Sept to be patient but no other responses to other inquiries to get my money back.
