Fraud company! DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed my order on the 4th of June for my GF's birthday in mid July thinking that would be enough time to receive it. I messaged them 2 weeks after and was told "their fulfillment team is experiencing some internal delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our immediate control" and was reassured they were working behind the scenes to get it sorted. I asked for an ETA and was told it was "with a third party shipping provider" so it was difficult to put a time to it which confused me as they said the email before their was "internal delays" and now it's apparently an external company. I then chased it up a week later and was told it's in the "processing stage" and I would receive shipping information and tracking once it's shipped. Now I send another email on July 11th as my parcel has sat at "in transit" on the tracking site for 2 weeks without and change, I was told "they don't have an update on tracking at this time" and that "they'd raise it with their courier and keep you posted as soon as we receive any information". Now despite this another 2 weeks later on July 26th I'm emailing them again to ask for another update as they never contacted me I was told "they understand the frustration with the lack of updates" and that they're "still actively working with the courier service to obtain further information regarding my parcel". On august 9th I emailed ANOTHER time saying "it's been over a month since my parcel has gone into transit and over 2 months since I placed my order and I've had no update" and "that I'm sure it must be lost in transit" I asked ANOTHER time for an ETA and if they couldn't provide one I wanted to look into a refund, they put "they're still actively waiting for a detailed response from the courier" and as soon as they "receive any concrete information or an estimated date, I will inform you immediately" despite the fact I had to chase them up every single time since the order has been placed. Now we're at 3 September so 1 day off 3 months since the order placed and 2 months since it's been in "transit" and I asked for "a refund as I've not received my good, and it appears your company doesn't know what's happened either, and at this point it's feeling like I've been scammed". I was told "we've now raised a cancellation request with our team for urgent review, and if it's still possible to cancel,we’re waiting for their confirmation before we can proceed further" and yet again got told "We’ll follow up with you as soon as we receive an update". Now of course they didn't follow up and 4 days later I emailed asking for "an update on my refund" as urgent to me is next day or same day! Now I didn't get any reply this time so I emailed 3 days after the last one asking for an update on my "urgent" review, and of course no reply again, think they need to look up they definition of urgent as they clearly don't understand it! Now this is 11 days since I asked for a refund and still no update! So now ANOTHER email was sent stating "It's been over 10 days since my "urgent" review for a refund was put in process" and was wondering "if any verdict has been made" and now waiting on a reply hence writing this as I'm not getting any email response so this is the next best thing! I thought if I'm not going to get my money back I can at least save people from having the same experience and wasting their money as well!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 😡😡😡 I ordered a koala back in June paid for express delivery 5-7days but after 6 weeks of waiting and no koala I contacted Evora only to be told shipping delays happen and how sorry they were and would look into the matter this went on for many more weeks until I finally asked for a refund and gave them an ultimatum on 9.9.25 telling them I was taking further action if I didn’t receive either a koala or a refund in the meantime I contacted my bank on the 15.9.25 evora has since sent me an email to say they’ve issued a full refund and today 16.9.25 it’s in my bank

Stay well clear of this company

Definitely a minus 10. Take your money & no goods. I ordered my goods back in June. Transport tracking just says processing all the time & has never changed. Trying to get a genuine response from Evora its like pulling teeth.
My advice to anyone is don't order from this company. If you have paid by debit card, contact your bank as they will look into it. Its taken 5 days for my bank to get my money back.

Avoid this comoany at all costs

Ordered in good faith. Received the standard emails stating order accepted and delivery is expected etc.

Nearly 3 months later, no items received. Started claom with my card company now.

Avoid this company at all costs, they are scammers

Con - doesnt deliver your order

Absolute crock of thieves

Absolute crock of thieves! I tried to purchase the Koala. Paid for it on June 6th. I’ve never received the order. Contacted them
Multiple times and basically fobbed off. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I’m still trying to get my money back. They respond quickly but do absolutely nothing. Warn warn warn!!! I’m now claiming money back through my credit card charge back.

Dreadful!!

Despite being told in several emails that my Koala had been shipped in June 2025 nothing has arrived. I have had multiple email exchanges from their 'support' team saying they are chasing it up. In August I asked for a refund and was assured this had been requested. As the email wording is all the same and the signature does not state the position of the sender I suspect it is an auto generated email. Still nothing and I am still trying to get a refund, so take note of all these awful reviews.

Terrible Experience — Never Received Order

Had a pretty bad experience with this company. I placed my order on May 10th, 2025 and am writing this review on September 13th, 2025. I have still not received my order. Firstly, the order took forever to ship. Upon contacting customer service two times to obtain an update they just said that they are very backed up and will get my order out as soon as possible. On June 27th, 2025 I received a notification that my order was shipped but it's been radio silence since then. I have since then contacted customer service twice again to receive an update but they have not provided anything useful. The tracking link takes me to the website of some company called YunExpress and my order status wasn't updated past the initial "Order has been shipped" for a month since I received the notification. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this merchant since they are completely unreliable and this seems to be a pattern with some as per others reviews as well.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered and never received my order. I emailed the first time and they responded. I emailed again when I did not receive my order after another 30 days and I was ghosted. It is an overseas company. Order was placed May 25, 2025. Still have not received my order.

Evora official is a total scam

Evora official is a total scam! Paid good money for a koala as I suffer anxiety. I’ve tried everything else, this was heavily advertised, so I thought I’d give it a shot.
I checked a couple of things first. #1: I went to the website and didn’t order through FB ads. #2: I checked where the product ships from and the search states it only ships in the U.K.
On my bank statement, the charge said: SP Evora London, but when it shipped, the notification link stated shipment by China post. I was still willing to give it a shot.
The link never updated from ‘processing’ and when the item didn’t arrive in ten weeks, I contacted the company.
To begin with, I was told it had shipped, but they needed to look in to why it wasn’t showing movement. I was asked to give customer services a couple of days to check.
I heard nothing within ten days, the shipping still not updated, so I sent a second email asking for a refund. I then received another notice the item had just shipped and a reply asking once again for more time.
I knew I had 120 days to raise a clawback and was unprepared to let another 60 days slide by without update, so I filed the forms for no receipt of goods and company misrepresentation, three days later, I had my money back. I have still received nothing from Evora, no goods, no explanation or email update whatsoever.
Buyers beware, the website looks official but the company hides its location. Customer service is terrible and you’ll be lucky to receive your order. I’ve read reviews from some who did receive a koala, but the quality is awful and it breaks soon after use.
There are better anxiety relief products out there that actually exist.

No goods, no refund, awful company

Awful company. My order was shipped but the tracking never updated. I contacted the company who always replied with false promises. I waited and waited. Order did not arrive, shipping had not updated. I requested a refund. It was agreed but again I waited and waited whilst getting emails that just fobbed me off. In the end I had to contact my bank who recovered my money via a charge back.

Avoid at all costs

No order arrived. Finally cancelled and asked for a refund which we finally received after over 3 weeks of pushing them. This included them saying the refund had already been processed. When we told them we would get the bank involved the refund appeared in our bank with no email or explanation.
This is a company to avoid at all costs
