Scam

Scam! Don't trust this company! 3 months since I ordered. No valid tracking # (it just says 'preparing shipment'), no info from the polite but useless/SCAM customer service, and no refund. I'll have to get my bank to reverse the charges. Don't order from Evora, Evora Official, or SP Evora London!!

Is Evora a Scammer?

Evoraofficial.com ticks all the boxes: promotional hype, new domain, product non-delivery, refund denial, and overwhelming negative feedback.
I hesitated to write this review, hoping my order would eventually arrive. But after waiting more than four months, it’s clear that won’t happen.
To avoid the same disappointment:
Stick to trusted, established retailers.
Be wary of unrealistic deals.
Remember, extremely steep discounts (like 50% off) on niche products are often bait used by scam sites.

Bought a koala for Christmas for my…

Bought a koala for Christmas for my granddaughter ( ordered in September 24) as she has problems sleeping due to anxiety. The bear stopped the breathing motion in May. Tried various types of batteries to see if that would help but nothing did. Contacted their customer services with a promise that a replacement would be sent out. That was July, it’s now September and no bear received just a load of excuses via email. They haven’t replied to my latest email because I asked them directly have they actually sent one. I think the non reply is my answer.

Still haven't received the order

Still haven't received the order, and it's been three months. Although the customer service does respond to the inquiries, they have nothing to say except that it's the carrier's fault and that's it. And they have done nothing to reimburse me or to send new items instead of the "lost" ones.

One star is very generous

I placed my order and never received it. Initially the customer service team was getting back to me (Albeit of not help at all) but now I can't even get a reply. Their website makes it look like you are safe ordering from them, that is wrong! Do not order from this company, it is fraudulent.

Sadly never got my koala

Sadly never got my koala, just replies from customer service saying it's being processed but no actual dates or updates. Raised a query with my credit card company when it became obvious no koala would ever be received. Have now received an email from Evora dated 1/9/25 saying a refund has been issued, and hope that doesn't take forever to arrive. I'm so glad I used my credit card for this purchase.

SCAM! No Product, No refund!

This company is a total scam! I wish I'd read the reviews before I gave them any money!! I ordered "The Relief Koala" on 24/06/25. I never received it! I first requested a refund on 06/07/25 - no response. I then emailed twice more, both of those times I got an email back from them "we're very sorry, we'll process your refund" blah blah blah.

On 29/08/25 I made a chargeback claim with my bank who were very helpful and refunded me within 24 hours. Evora then emailed me again saying they'd seen I'd requested a chargeback and had the cheek to ask me to cancel it because my order was on the way!!! I ignored them the same way they'd ignored me!

Scam company!

Ordered back in May to date received nothing! Emailed a few times now asking when the order is likely to be received, then had a ‘good news email your package is in transit’ that was back in June! Guess what still not received anything and the package according to the tracking number supplied still shows the parcel is being processed! I’ve asked for a refund and heard nothing! Emailed them and told them I think this is a total scam of a company taking your money and not delivering just wish I’d read the reviews before I’d placed the order. Please reconsider before placing an order!!

Would give a zero

Would give a zero . Ordered in June and emailed twice to see where my order was. Still nothing. Asked for a refund and was told it would be with me soon and still nothing. Will report to trading standards and ombudsman if I don't receive an refund soon.

COMPLETE SCAM! Do not buy from Evora. Ordered back in May '25, no package, chaised them up with emails to which they would reply that they are looking into it. Still nothing. Demanded a refund. No refund given.

I ordered my 2 koala bears back in may…

I ordered my 2 koala bears back in may and I've still not received them,all the customer services do is just keep fobbing me off with they are waiting on a response from there delivery team,think all they do is take your money and do a runner with it,it's one of a hell of a good scam they've got going

Would rate 0 stars if possible

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Ordered this as a gift to help with my girlfriend’s anxiety in MAY. Now in September, and after multiple email exchanges, I am now at the point of no response. I have reached out for a refund and weirdly enough - this is the first email I have received no response for. Do not even think about giving this company your money as you will receive nothing but lies and eventually nothing in return.

Five stars… for scamming excellence

Wow, what an experience. Ordered in May and -brace yourselves - received absolutely nothing. Impressive consistency, really. And the customer service? Works like a charm… if the goal is to send beautifully worded fairy tales about how “everything is fine.” Honestly, I almost admire the dedication to fiction.

No need to leave me one of your copy-paste “we’re so sorry, please reach out” replies, @Evora. We’ve all seen that performance already. Truly five stars… for creativity in scamming !

Avoid at all costs!

As with so many other reviews, I ordered on 15th May and despite several emails, still no product or refund. Avoid this company at all costs. If I could give it less than one star I would!

Update: despite being asked to contact the same email address I’ve been contacting for the last month, I’ve had no responses other than the standard ‘we’re trying to get an update’. At this point it’s pretty clear I’m not getting either the product I ordered or money back. Awful company.

ZERO stars

ZERO stars. Complete and utter Scammers. Ordered Koala in May 2025, have chased delivery regularly to be fed a load of lies about its dispatch in each response. Multiple requests for a refund and still haven't received either the item or the refund. DO NOT BUY from EVORA !!!!
