Eway onboarding a disaster
I applied for an EWay account due to issues I was having with my current provider. Their onboarding process is awful. The technology is dated. Worse they are so risk averse they tried to dig down deep into our financials. No other provider does this. Their lack of customer focus turned me away. In my view if you are a small to medium business I suggest you go elsewhere. I did.

Eway refused to work with my directory site
Eway refused to give me payment services to my directory website. The consultant said they don't accept companies who do 3rd party payments. when i advised that i do not, i am a simple directory website, he acknowledged that he didn't even know what my business does. but refused me anyhow. what a joke. one month wait to here that!!

Eway should not be trusted by vendors
If you are looking for a merchant facility for your webshop then under no circumstances should you trust E-way.
This is not the first time that I have had problems with them. On a number of separate occasions I have received outrageous accounts for services not received, in the thousands. On the invoice there is a contact number which is unattended. Non payment of the account leaves the service suspended. I have dealt with this previously by calling their overseas offices and letting them know that the Australian help line is unattended.
Appalling customer service with no available staff. They should not be trusted with providing merchant facility solutions because they lack the infrastructure to support their service.
I am of the firm belief that fault lies with senior management.
They don't even have a complaints line!!
Today I am reporting Eway to the Financial Services Ombudsman for investigation. Further to this they seem to be running an inertia sales marketing strategy, strictly prohibited under Australian law with hefty penalties for corporations. I am forwarding evidence of this to ACCC for investigation.

Randomly started getting unannounced emails from trustwave on behalf of eway, expecting us to jump through hoops to maintain pci compliance. When I advised them they have us categorised incorrectly, they expect me to take further time out of my day to call them to correct their own mistakes. Very scammy feel for a legit company!

Worst and unsafest company exist ! I wish I could put 0 star , no costumer service , block my account and won't pay of your money to your bank account , someone process few products from my website but unfortunately the person used someone else cradit card , payment went through successfully And before I send good I asked them everything is good to send item ? They said yes ,
But Risk team they never contact me to say this is fraud transaction so I send the goods to the person , I lost goods over ( $6000 )and never investigated and also charged me $44 for each failed transaction around $308. So disappointed .
Good luck if you you need to contact risk team to resolve your issue . You will never get any answer or help from this company . Stay far from this company
