Travis helped me twice in one week with stressful travel problems. First, he secured a refund from United after the second leg of my flight was canceled, allowing me to book an alternative flight. Then he helped resolve a typo in my name that prevented me from checking in for another flight.

As my husband and I struggled to complete all needed paperwork for our first Intl trip, Travis at British Airways cust svc was our savior. He was very patient and understood how challenges.
